At the moment, I teach Year 6.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sut ddechreuoch chi weithio gyda Technocamps?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Roeddwn yn teimlo bod angen gwella fy sgiliau digidol er mwyn addysgu yn unol \u00e2 gofynion y fframwaith ar gyfer plant ysgol gynradd. Gwnes i ymchwil i ddarparwyr cyrsiau datblygiad proffesiynol ac i weld pwy allai ddarparu cefnogaeth i ysgolion trwy weithdai amrywiol i ddisgyblion oedran y cynradd yn yr ardal yma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pa ran o'r gwaith gyda Technocamps sydd wedi bod fwyaf buddiol i chi, a pham?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yn bersonol, roedd cwblhau rhaglen Achrededig Datblygiad Proffesiynol Technocamps ar gyfer ysgolion cynradd (2023-2024) yn brofiad amhrisiadwy. Cafodd effaith enfawr ar fy hyder wrth addysgu sgiliau digidol i ddisgyblion o bob oedran. Roedd dysgu am feddylfryd cyfrifiadurol yn arbennig o fuddiol, gan ei fod wedi helpu disgyblion Blwyddyn 6 i ddatblygu dull strwythuredig o ddatrys problemau, nid yn unig ym maes cyfrifiadureg ond hefyd mewn meysydd ehangach. Ers hynny rwyf wedi cael Technocamps yn yr ysgol yn ddiweddar i ddatblygu mwy o sgiliau digidol y disgyblion gyda\u2019u gweithdai arloesol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sut ydych chi'n meddwl bod y sgiliau a'r wybodaeth a ddarperir gan Technocamps yn cael eu defnyddio yn eich gwaith o ddydd i ddydd?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae\u2019r sgiliau a\u2019r wybodaeth rwyf wedi\u2019u hennill trwy Technocamps yn cael eu hymgorffori\u2019n naturiol yn fy addysgu bob dydd. Rwy\u2019n defnyddio\u2019r dull meddylfryd cyfrifiadurol wrth helpu disgyblion i fynd i\u2019r afael \u00e2 phroblemau mewn gwahanol feysydd dysgu, gan gynnwys mathemateg a gwyddoniaeth. Mae\u2019r sgiliau codio a rhaglennu rwyf wedi\u2019u datblygu wedi fy ngalluogi i ddarparu cyfleoedd ymarferol i ddisgyblion, megis creu a dadgodio negeseuon gan ddefnyddio Micro:bits a defnyddio Scratch. Rydw i hefyd yn hyderus i ddarparu hyfforddiant i staff yr ysgol am yr hyn a ddysgwyd yn ystod y cwrs.
