Dywedwch ychydig wrthym amdanoch chi'ch hun a'ch gwaith.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fy enw i yw Rachel Roberts, ac rwyf wedi bod yn gweithio yn Ysgol Treg\u0175yr ers naw mlynedd. Fi yw Cydlynydd y Fframwaith Cymhwysedd Digidol (Fframwaith Cymhwysedd Digidol) ac rwy\u2019n addysgu Cyfrifiadureg ar draws Cyfnodau Allweddol 3, 4, a 5. Un o fy nodau personol allweddol yw cynyddu\u2019r nifer sy\u2019n astudio Cyfrifiadureg ar lefel TGAU a Safon Uwch, gyda ffocws penodol ar annog mwy o ferched i ymgysylltu \u00e2\u2019r pwnc. Rwy\u2019n angerddol am hyrwyddo amrywiaeth mewn STEM a chreu amgylchedd cynhwysol sy\u2019n ysbrydoli pob myfyriwr i archwilio\u2019r posibiliadau cyffrous o fewn Cyfrifiadureg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sut wnaethoch ddechrau cyd-weithio gyda Technocamps?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dechreuais ymwneud \u00e2 Technocamps i ddechrau pan oeddwn angen cymorth gyda chodio'r robotiaid LEGO Spike. Fe wnaethant gyflwyno sesiwn ar gyfer fy nghlwb codio, gan gyflwyno technegau codio sylfaenol, a fwynhaodd y disgyblion yn fawr ac a oedd yn hynod fuddiol. Sefydlodd y profiad cychwynnol hwn gysylltiad, ac ers hynny, mae Technocamps wedi darparu cefnogaeth aruthrol trwy weithdai, teithiau, digwyddiadau, a chystadlaethau sydd wedi cyfoethogi profiadau dysgu\u2019r disgyblion yn fawr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mae eu ffocws ar annog menywod i mewn i STEM yn atseinio'n benodol gyda mi. Rwyf wedi bod yn awyddus i gynnwys fy nisgyblion yn eu gweithdai ysbrydoledig gyda\u2019r nod o hyrwyddo amrywiaeth mewn STEM. Y tu hwnt i\u2019r disgyblion, mae fy arweinwyr digidol clwstwr a minnau hefyd wedi croesawu mentrau Technocamps, gan fynychu eu digwyddiad Diwrnod Rhyngwladol y Menywod yn flynyddol. Pa ran o'r gwaith gyda Technocamps sydd wedi bod fwyaf buddiol i chi, a pham?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yr agwedd fwyaf buddiol o weithio gyda Technocamps fu datblygu gweithgareddau codio hwyliog a difyr gyda\u2019r disgyblion. Mae\u2019r gweithgareddau hyn wedi chwarae rhan arwyddocaol wrth annog mwy o fyfyrwyr i ddewis Cyfrifiadureg ar lefel TGAU, sy\u2019n ffocws allweddol i mi. Mae\u2019r gefnogaeth gan Technocamps wedi agor cyfleoedd anhygoel i\u2019m disgyblion, gan gynnwys y cyflwyniad i gynllun CyberFirst. Mae hyn eisoes wedi cael effaith enfawr, gyda myfyrwyr chweched dosbarth yn gwneud cais am fwrsar\u00efau ac yn cael mynediad at arweinwyr sector sy\u2019n rhannu eu profiadau yn ystod ymweliadau ysgol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rwyf hefyd yn caru sut mae Technocamps yn fodlon teilwra sesiynau ar gyfer eich anghenion. Er enghraifft, roeddwn i a fy arweinwyr digidol clwstwr eisiau cynnal digwyddiad pontio ar gyfer y disgyblion sy\u2019n mwynhau codio. Gofynnom a fyddent yn fodlon dod i mewn i wneud sesiynau codio gyda\u2019r disgyblion hyn \u2013 cyfanswm o tua 25 disgybl. Roeddent yn hapus iawn i wneud hyn ac rydym wedi gweld gwahaniaeth enfawr mewn dilyniant disgyblion. Daeth disgyblion newydd blwyddyn 7 i fyny eleni i\u2019r clwb Lego ar unwaith gan eu bod eisiau parhau ag ef ac roeddent hefyd yn gallu adnabod disgyblion eraill o gwmpas yr ysgol a gwneud ffrindiau yn llawer haws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yn ogystal, rwy'n gwerthfawrogi'n fawr y sesiynau hyfforddi a datblygu a ddarperir gan Technocamps. Mae'r sesiynau hyn wedi rhoi syniadau gwych i mi, yn ogystal \u00e2 meddalwedd, gwefannau ac offer newydd y gallaf eu hintegreiddio i'r ystafell ddosbarth, gan wella'r profiad dysgu i'm disgyblion yn y pen draw. Mae eu cefnogaeth wedi bod yn wirioneddol drawsnewidiol ar gyfer fy addysgu a'r cyfleoedd sydd ar gael i'm disgyblion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sut ydych chi'n meddwl bod y sgiliau a'r wybodaeth a ddarperir gan Technocamps yn cael eu defnyddio yn eich gwaith o ddydd i ddydd?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mae\u2019r sgiliau a\u2019r wybodaeth a ddarperir gan Technocamps yn rhan annatod o fy ngwaith o ddydd i ddydd fel athro Cyfrifiadureg a Chydlynydd FfCD. Mae eu hadnoddau a\u2019u gweithdai wedi cyfoethogi fy ngallu i gyflwyno gwersi difyr, yn enwedig mewn codio a gweithgareddau cysylltiedig \u00e2 STEM. Er enghraifft, rwy\u2019n ymgorffori\u2019r technegau codio hwyliog ac ymarferol a gyflwynwyd ganddynt i\u2019m disgyblion yn rheolaidd, sydd wedi gwneud rhaglenni\u2019n fwy hygyrch a phleserus, gan ysbrydoli mwy o ddiddordeb yn y pwnc. Mewn sesiynau diweddar, rydym wedi dysgu am wefan newydd o'r enw Pytch, a oedd yn wych. Rydym wedi bod yn cael trafferth gyda\u2019r broses o symud o godio bloc i Python a dyma\u2019r cyfnod pontio perffaith, felly rydym yn edrych i integreiddio hyn i\u2019n cwricwlwm yn fuan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
