Ar hyn o bryd rydw i yn fy 9fed flwyddyn o addysgu ar \u00f4l ailhyfforddi fel athro ar \u00f4l gweithio i gwmni yswiriant lleol mawr.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sut wnaethoch ddechrau cyd-weithio gyda Technocamps?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fel rhan o fy r\u00f4l fel rheolwr cyswllt busnes TG yn fy ngyrfa flaenorol, cefais gynnig cyfle i gofrestru ar y cwrs Gradd Sylfaen Cyfrifiadureg ym Mhrifysgol Abertawe. Heb unrhyw gymwysterau academaidd TG, roeddwn i'n teimlo bod hyn yn ffordd wych o ddatblygu fy nealltwriaeth o hanfodion Cyfrifiadureg. Gyda Technocamps yn gweithio mor agos gyda'r cwrs Gradd Sylfaen, dyma lle dechreuodd fy nhaith gyda Technocamps. Mynychais nifer o weithdai a digwyddiadau a gynhaliwyd gan Technocamps ac yn parhau i wneud hynny mor rheolaidd ag y gallaf.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pa ran o'r gwaith gyda Technocamps sydd wedi bod fwyaf buddiol i chi, a pham?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fel anarbenigwr yn fy maes addysgu (gyda dim ond fy nghymwyster gradd sylfaen) rwy'n dibynnu'n fawr ar yr adnoddau y mae Technocamps yn eu creu a'u darparu. Mae'r ffaith bod yr adnoddau hyn yn cael eu darparu yn Gymraeg yn wych gan ei fod yn golygu nad oes rhaid i mi dreulio oriau yn cyfieithu'r nodiadau cyn i mi allu eu defnyddio. Mae Technocamps yn darparu adnoddau rhagorol ar gyfer pob cam allweddol ar draws y cwricwlwm. Mae'r adnoddau hyn yn cynnwys cyflwyniadau Power Point, cynlluniau gwersi a thaflenni gwaith i gyd mewn fformat hawdd ei gyrchu ar eu gwefan. Y peth gwych arall am weithio gyda Technocamps yw'r amrywiaeth o weithdai maen nhw'n eu darparu lle mae swyddog cyflenwi dwyieithog Technocamps yn mynychu campws yr ysgol i gyflwyno sesiynau ymarferol ar amrywiaeth o bynciau cyfrifiadureg.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gyda newidiadau diweddar i'r TGAU cyfrifiadureg a Thechnoleg Ddigidol rwyf wedi dibynnu'n fawr ar yr adnoddau y mae Technocamps wedi'u darparu er mwyn uwchsgilio fy hun yn barod i addysgu'r ddau gwrs. Rwyf bob amser yn teimlo y gallaf cysylltu \u00e2 Technocamps os oes angen cymorth neu arweiniad arnaf gydag unrhyw bwnc cyfrifiadureg.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sut ydych chi'n meddwl bod y sgiliau a'r wybodaeth a ddarperir gan Technocamps yn cael eu defnyddio yn eich gwaith o ddydd i ddydd?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae'r sgiliau rydw i wedi'u datblygu o Technocamps wedi gwella fy addysgu o ddydd i ddydd yn sylweddol. Trwy integreiddio meddwl cyfrifiadurol, strategaethau datrys problemau, ac egwyddorion codio yn fy ngwersi, rwy'n gallu creu gwersi mwy diddorol a rhyngweithiol i'm disgyblion.
