Can you describe your experience working at Technocamps?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Mae fy mhrofiad fel intern haf yn Technocamps wedi bod mor hwyl ac ysbrydoledig. O\u2019r dechrau, teimlais groeso a chefnogaeth, ac mae hi wedi bod yn anhygoel bod yn rhan o d\u00eem sydd nid yn unig yn hynod gyfeillgar a phleserus i weithio gyda ond sydd hefyd yn angerddol am wneud addysg gyfrifiadurol yn fwy hygyrch a diddorol i bobl ifanc. Roedd eu hegni a\u2019u brwdfrydedd yn heintus, ac fe wnaeth bob diwrnod deimlo\u2019n unigryw ac yn anghofiadwy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    What activities or workshops have you been involved in during your time at Technocamps?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      <\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Yn ystod fy amser yn Technocamps, rydw i wedi cael y cyfle i fod yn rhan o amrywiaeth eang o weithdai a phrosiectau, a gyflwynwyd yn y Gymraeg a\u2019r Saesneg. Creais ddau weithdy AI, un wedi\u2019i gynllunio i gyflwyno disgyblion CA2 i hanfodion AI mewn ffordd hwyl a hygyrch, ac un arall wedi\u2019i anelu at addysgu athrawon ar beth yw AI a sut gallant ddefnyddio i gefnogi eu haddysgu a lleihau llwyth gwaith.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Cefnogais a chyflwynais nifer o weithdai roboteg ar gyfer CA2 a CA3, gan weithio gyda disgyblion ym Mlynyddoedd 3 i 9. Roedd y rhain yn cynnwys cystadlaethau roboteg flynyddol Dde-ddwyrain a De-orllewin Cymru, lle helpais i gefnogi myfyrwyr wrth iddynt adeiladu a rhaglennu eu robotiaid. Helpais hefyd i gynnal gweithdy Micro:bit i ddysgwyr 7 i 18 oed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Cefais y cyfle i gyfrannu at addysg gyfrifiadura cyfrwng Cymraeg drwy godio\u2019r robot OhBot ar gyfer clip teledu Cymraeg a chyfieithu sleidiau darlithoedd a labordy cyfrifiadureg blwyddyn sylfaen i\u2019r Gymraeg. Gan ddod o gefndir academaidd cyfrwng Cymraeg, roedd yn arbennig cyfuno fy sgiliau iaith a thechnegol i helpu i gefnogi dysgu dwyieithog a gwneud gwahaniaeth gwirioneddol i fyfyrwyr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        <\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Un o rannau mwyaf cofiadwy oedd cefnogi cystadlaethau roboteg Dde-ddwyrain a De-orllewin Cymru. Roedd yn brofiad mor hwyl! Roedd gweld y disgyblion yn gyffrous am gwblhau\u2019r heriau ac yn dangos eu robotiaid yn fy ngwneud yn hynod hapus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        What have been some of the key learnings or growth experiences for you since starting at Technocamps?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          <\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Un o\u2019r ardaloedd twf mwyaf i mi yn ystod fy amser yn Technocamps yw meithrin hyder wrth weithio gyda phobl ifanc a chefnogi eu dysgu. Wnes i ddim arwain gweithdai, ond roedd bod yn rhan o\u2019r t\u00eem cyflwyno yn rhoi cyfle i mi ryngweithio \u00e2 disgyblion trwy ateb eu cwestiynau, eu tywys trwy heriau, a gweld eu cyffro pan fyddent yn llwyddo. Fe wnaeth y profiad fy helpu i deimlo\u2019n fwy cyfforddus yn cyfathrebu syniad technegol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Dysgais hefyd sut i addasu fy iaith a fy esboniadau yn dibynnu ar y gr\u0175p oedran a\u2019r amgylchedd. Roedd esboniadau ar gyfer sesiynau roboteg Blwyddyn 3 yn edrych yn wahanol i sesiynau Blwyddyn 9. Roedd cefnogi gweithdai yn Saesneg a Chymraeg yn ystyrlon i mi, ac fe wnaeth i mi werthfawrogi\u2019n fwy sut mae iaith yn gwneud dysgu\u2019n fwy hygyrch ac yn haws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Rwyf am fynegi pa mor ddiolchgar ydw i am y cyfle i fod yn rhan o Technocamps yr haf hwn. Mae\u2019r profiad wedi bod yn hynod o werthfawr, nid yn unig o ran y sgiliau rydw i wedi\u2019u datblygu, ond hefyd y bobl anhygoel rydw i wedi gweithio gyda. Hoffwn estyn diolch fawr iawn i d\u00eem cyfan Technocamps am fod mor groesawgar, cefnogol, a hwyl i weithio gyda. Mae\u2019r brofiad wedi bod yn gwych, ac rydw i wedi dysgu cymaint o\u2019r gwaith a\u2019r bobl o\u2019m cwmpas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
