Mae fy r\u00f4l yn cynnwys adeiladu a gwella atebion meddalwedd sy'n darparu gwasanaethau digidol diogel a dibynadwy, gan weithio'n agos gyda rhanddeiliaid a thimau technegol i gyflawni canlyniadau o ansawdd uchel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sut clywsoch chi am y rhaglen Prentisiaethau Gradd a ddarperir gan y Sefydliad Codio\/Prifysgol Abertawe (Technocamps) ac ymgysylltu \u00e2 hi?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clywais i gyntaf am y Brentisiaeth Gradd drwy hysbyseb swydd CGI. Roedd yr hysbyseb yn tynnu sylw at y cyfle i ennill gradd wrth ennill profiad yn y diwydiant, a oedd yn apelio'n fawr ataf. Ar \u00f4l gwneud cais ac ymuno \u00e2 CGI, ymgysylltais \u00e2'r rhaglen drwy'r llwybr dysgu strwythuredig a ddarperir gan Brifysgol Abertawe\/Technocamps ac a gefnogir gan fy ngweithle, gan gydbwyso astudiaeth academaidd ochr yn ochr \u00e2 gwaith prosiect go iawn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sut wnaethoch chi ddechrau ymwneud \u00e2 chyfrifiaduron a beth wnaeth eich ysbrydoli i ddilyn y llwybr hwn?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dechreuais ymwneud \u00e2 chodio gyntaf pan oeddwn i tua 13 oed, pan greais fy fersiwn fy hun o'r g\u00eam Tanks. Gwnaeth y profiad cynnar hwnnw i raglennu deimlo'n greadigol ac yn werth chweil, roedd gweld rhywbeth yr oeddech chi'n ei adeiladu'n gweithio mewn gwirionedd yn gyffrous. Ar \u00f4l hynny, symudais i ffwrdd o TG am gyfnod, ond yn fy ugeiniau cynnar, ailddarganfyddais fy nghariad tuag ato. Gwnaeth dod yn \u00f4l i dechnoleg gyda phersbectif mwy aeddfed i mi sylweddoli mai dyma'r llwybr gyrfa yr oeddwn wir eisiau ymrwymo iddo, ac fe'm cymhellodd i barhau i ddatblygu fy sgiliau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sut mae cwblhau\u2019r rhaglen Prentisiaeth Gradd wedi dylanwadu ar eich datblygiad personol, r\u00f4l swydd, ac uchelgeisiau gyrfa?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mae cwblhau'r Brentisiaeth Gradd wedi fy helpu'n sylweddol, mae wedi gwella fy hyder, fy nisgyblaeth, a'm gallu i reoli blaenoriaethau cystadleuol. Mae hefyd wedi cryfhau fy sgiliau datrys problemau, fy ngalluoedd cyfathrebu, a'm meddylfryd proffesiynol. Rhoddodd y rhaglen gyfle i mi i amrywiaeth eang o dechnolegau a dulliau, a wellodd fy effeithiolrwydd yn uniongyrchol yn CGI. Fe'm helpodd i ddod \u00e2 mwy o werth i brosiectau a chymryd cyfrifoldebau ehangach. Rhoddodd ymdeimlad clir o gyfeiriad i mi a'm helpu i symud ymlaen yn gyflymach nag y byddwn wedi'i wneud fel arall. Cefnogodd y profiad a'r cyflawniad fy nodau hirdymor ac agor cyfleoedd newydd. Un o'r prif ganlyniadau yw ei fod wedi fy helpu i gael fy nyrchafu yn CGI ddwywaith, rhywbeth rwy'n ei briodoli'n gryf i'r sgiliau, y wybodaeth a'r hygrededd a gefais trwy'r brentisiaeth.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sut ydych chi'n meddwl y byddwch chi'n defnyddio'r sgiliau a'r wybodaeth rydych chi wedi'u hennill yn y dyfodol?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Byddaf yn parhau i gymhwyso'r hyn rydw i wedi'i ddysgu, yn academaidd ac yn broffesiynol. Cefnogodd y rhaglen fi i ennill lle ym Mhrifysgol Rhydychen i astudio MSc, a byddaf yn defnyddio'r sgiliau a'r wybodaeth o'r brentisiaeth i'm helpu i lwyddo yn y cwrs hwnnw. Byddaf hefyd yn cymhwyso'r sgiliau hyn yn fy r\u00f4l yn CGI, yn enwedig o ran lled technegol, meddwl strwythuredig, a'r gallu i ddysgu offer newydd yn gyflym, fel y gallaf barhau i gyfrannu at brosiectau'r sector cyfiawnder a symud ymlaen yn fy ngyrfa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A oes unrhyw beth arall yr hoffech ei ychwanegu?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At ei gilydd, mae'r Brentisiaeth Gradd wedi bod yn brofiad hynod gadarnhaol.
