Mae'n ymddangos yn oesoedd bellach ers i'n digwyddiad rhwydweithio Menywod mewn STEM diwethaf gael ei gynnal. Rhoddodd y digwyddiadau hyn gyfle i fenywod sy'n gweithio ym maes gwyddoniaeth a thechnoleg gwrdd gyda'i gilydd mewn amgylchedd cyfeillgar a chefnogol, i ddysgu o brofiadau a straeon ei gilydd. Clywsom straeon gwych gan rai menywod ysbrydoledig, gan ein gadael i ryfeddu o\u2019u cyflawniadau a'u gallu i oresgyn rhagfarn yn y gweithle.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cyn y cyfnod cloi roedd gennym gynlluniau i adeiladu'r rhwydwaith. Roeddem yn hyderus bod gennym y momentwm i symud ymlaen. Ein ffocws oedd annog mwy o fenywod i yrfaoedd STEM a darparu modelau r\u00f4l ar gyfer cenhedlaeth o ferched yn y dyfodol. Roeddem yn bwriadu creu rhywbeth arbennig iawn yng Nghymru a allai fodoli y tu hwnt i waith rhaglen Technocamps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rydym felly yn falch iawn o gyhoeddi ein bod yn bwriadu mynd \u00e2'r rhwydwaith i'r byd rhithwir. Efallai na fyddwn yn gallu cyfarfod yn gorfforol ar hyn o bryd, ond mae gennym yr offer a'r dechnoleg i gwrdd ar-lein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mae Nic yn arweinydd meddwl addysgol a thechnoleg, awdur Harvard (TechnoTeaching), athro arobryn, colofnydd TES a barnwr EdTech50. Mae Nicole hefyd yn cyfrannu'n aml at The Guardian, Innovate My School a Teachwire, yn ogystal \u00e2 phrif siaradwr a phanelwr, yn fwyaf diweddar yn BETT20 ac ar gyfer yr RSA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dyfarnwyd lle iddi ar yr EdTech50 (2018) fel un o'r hanner cant o arloeswyr blaenllaw yn sector EdTech y DU. Ar hyn o bryd mae hi'n cefnogi Rhaglen Ysgolion a Cholegau Arddangoswr Dfe Edtech fel Arweinydd Rhanbarthol De-Orllewin Lloegr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mae Nic hefyd yn gyd-arweinydd ar gyfer LeanInGirlsUK ac yn aelod o Gr\u0175p Llywio ar gyfer MITEY (Dynion yn y Blynyddoedd Cynnar) a dechreuodd Ddoethuriaeth yn 2018 yn ymchwilio i\u2019r bwlch digidol rhwng y rhywiau a thuedd mewn addysg yn y DU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Astudiodd Cat wyddoniaeth trwy gydol ei haddysg, gan ennill gradd mewn Gwyddorau Biofeddygol a Ffisiolegol. Oddi yno aeth i Dechnoleg a dod o hyd i'w chartref.
