Mae Luke Clement yn rhan o'n T\u00eem Addysgu sydd wedi bod yn gweithio'n galed ar ddetholiad newydd o weithdai rhithwir ar gyffer ysgolion cynradd ac uwchradd yng Nghymru. Darllena fwy am y gweithdai yn ei flog diweddar\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mae'r misoedd diwethaf wedi bod yn rhyfedd o safbwynt cyflawni gweithdai. Ar ddechrau mis Mawrth, roedden ni wedi dod o hyd i'n traed o'r diwedd ac roedden ni i gyd yn gyffyrddus \u00e2'r gweithdai a\u2019u cyflwyno. Roedd hi\u2019n sioc i ni gyd bod y firws newydd a fu'n destun siarad yn y swyddfa yn ddiweddar yn gwneud ei orau i danseilio ein hymdrechion a pharhau i fod yn broblem 8 mis yn ddiweddarach \u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fel bob amser, mae ein swyddogion addysgu wedi camu i'r her er gwaethaf y newid sydyn o'n darpariaeth wyneb-i-wyneb arferol o weithdai mewn ysgolion ledled Cymru. Dros y misoedd diwethaf, mae'r timau addysgu o bob un o'n hybiau prifysgol ledled Cymru wedi gweithio i fynd \u00e2'n gweithdai corfforol a'u mireinio ar gyfer sesiynau rhithwir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mae'r sesiynau rydyn ni wedi\u2019u cyflwyno hyd yma wedi bod yn llwyddiannus, gan gynnig cyfleoedd i adolygu ac addasu gweithgareddau, esboniadau a thrafodaethau ymhellach, er mwyn sicrhau'r effaith fwyaf bosibl ar ddisgyblion. Rydyn ni wedi cadw\u2019r cynnwys craidd a'r canlyniadau dysgu, ond heb fod yn yr ystafell ddosbarth yn gorfforol, a gyda chyfyngiadau amrywiol ar waith mewn gwahanol ysgolion, mae arloesi wedi bod yn hanfodol. Mae'r sesiynau yn byrach na\u2019r dosbarthiad arferol o sesiwn un diwrnod i sesiynau tua awr o hyd, gan gyd-fynd \u00e2'r amserlennu ysgol anodd sy'n ymwneud \u00e2'r cyfyngiadau cloi. Mae hyn wedi arwain ein t\u00eem i ganolbwyntio o ddifrif ar agweddau pwysicaf ein cyflwyniad wrth ailstrwythuro'r cynnwys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mae ein rhaglen newydd o weithdai rhithwir yn ymdrin ag ystod o bynciau ac roedden ni am sicrhau eu bod nhw\u2019n hygyrch i bawb. Mae gennym ni gymysgedd o sesiynau di-blwg a sesiynau sy'n gofyn am ddyfeisiau sy\u2019n cysylltu \u00e2'r rhyngrwyd ar gyfer dosbarthiadau cynradd ac uwchradd. Ar gyfer oedrannau cynradd, mae gennym sesiynau 90 munud ar Feddwl Cyfrifiadol, Moeseg a Thechnoleg, Dysgu Peiriant a sesiwn raglennu ragarweiniol ar Scratch (fy hoff un!).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mae ein sesiynau ar gyfer oedrannau uwchradd yn 1 awr o hyd, gyda sesiynau di-plwg ar Gryptograffeg, Gemau'r Ymennydd ac Mae'n Hawdd i fod yn Wyrdd. Mae presenoldeb STEM cryf yn ein sesiynau gyda dyfais electronig, gan gwmpasu mathemateg gyda Python ac Efelychiadau Monte-Carlo, ffiseg a chemeg gyda Planedau ac Orbitau a Tanio\u2019r Dyfodol, ac mae ein gweithdy Dosbarthu Anifeiliaid Bioleg yn cwblhau'r drioleg wyddoniaeth. Wrth gwrs, bydd y pynciau hyn yn datblygu gwybodaeth a dealltwriaeth disgyblion o\u2019r pynciau STEM penodol y maent yn canolbwyntio arnynt, ond hefyd yn datblygu sgiliau meddwl cyfrifiadol disgyblion a\u2019u dealltwriaeth o gysyniadau rhaglennu craidd. Gall y pynciau hyn hefyd gael eu haddasu i siwtio anghenion bob dosbarth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mae'r gweithdai wedi bod yn llwyddiannus iawn hyd yn hyn ac mae'r ymateb gan y disgyblion wedi bod hyd yn oed yn well nag oedden ni wedi'i ddisgwyl o ystyried natur anghyffredin y sesiynau. Yn yr un modd \u00e2'n gweithdai corfforol, mae oedran y disgyblion yn chwarae rhan sylweddol yn eu hymgysylltiad cyffredinol ond mae wedi bod yn fwy pleserus fyth i ymgysylltu \u00e2 disgyblion a'u cael i chwarae rhan amlwg mewn gweithgareddau pan ydym yn gwneud hynny o'n hystafelloedd byw ein hunain. Un o'r ffactorau pwysicaf yn llwyddiant y gweithdai fu'r ffordd y mae athrawon wedi camu i'r adwy i gefnogi, trwy ateb ein cwestiynau, helpu i fonitro cynnydd a defnyddio'r sesiynau fel eu cyfle DPP eu hunain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gall unrhyw athrawon sydd am fwcio sesiwn wneud hynny yma. Byddwn yn cynghori gwneud hynny'n gyflym o ystyried y cynnydd diweddar mewn ceisiadau sy'n dod drwodd wrth i ni barhau i gyflwyno, adolygu a gwella ein sesiynau. Yn ogystal \u00e2\u2019n gweithdai, rydym hefyd yn ymdrechu i wneud yr hyn a allwn i ddatblygu hyder athrawon yn eu haddysgu o bynciau cyfrifiadurol ac ymgorffori sgiliau digidol yn eu hystafell ddosbarth.
