Gan adeiladu ar waddol ITWales, mae Technocamps yn cynnal y Cinio Dathlu Blynyddol ar gyfer Diwrnod Rhyngwladol y Menywod 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mae Technocamps yn falch o gynnal y Dathliad Gala blynyddol ar gyfer Diwrnod Rhyngwladol y Menywod a gynhaliwyd eleni yng Ngwesty'r Marriott, Abertawe yr wythnos diwethaf. Mae'r noson wedi datblygu'n achlysur rheolaidd yng nghalendr cymdeithasol Cymru, gyda'r gwesteion yn teithio o bob cwr o'r wlad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Roedd yr achlysur eleni yn dathlu 20 mlynedd o gynnal y digwyddiad sy'n canolbwyntio ar fenywod sy'n gweithio ym maes STEM. Ymhlith y siaradwyr gwadd yr oedd Catrin Atkins o Sonix Software a chyd-sylfaenydd Merched mewn Technoleg yng Nghymru, ynghyd \u00e2 Louise Harries, Prif Swyddog Gweithredol y Big Learning Company a gamodd i'r adwy ar fyr rybudd i gymryd lle un o'n siaradwyr a oedd yn s\u00e2l. Rydym yn gwerthfawrogi ei mewnbwn craff ac ysbrydoledig a amlygodd, yn gryno, y materion y mae menywod sy'n gweithio ym maes technoleg yn eu hwynebu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Roedd hefyd yn fraint cael clywed gan ein Noddwr, sef Beti Williams MBE, a agorodd y sgyrsiau trwy s\u00f4n yn frwd am ei thaith ei hun wrth sefydlu gwaddol ITWales, a hynny ar adeg pan oedd y cyfleoedd i fenywod ym maes technoleg yn eithaf prin. Ar sail y gwaddol hwn y tyfodd y rhaglen Technocamps, sy'n parhau i ffynnu ac ehangu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cRoedd y dathliad eleni yn arbennig iawn; dyma'r ugeinfed flwyddyn i ni gynnal y digwyddiad i gefnogi Diwrnod Rhyngwladol y Menywod. Rwy'n hynod o falch o'r gwaddol y mae ITWales wedi'i greu ac sy'n parhau i ddatblygu trwy gyfrwng rhaglen Technocamps; rhaglen sydd wedi ehangu ymhell y tu hwnt i'n disgwyliadau gwreiddiol. Canmolodd Kirsty Williams AC, y Gweinidog Addysg, y gwaith a wnaed gan y rhaglen Technocamps i hyrwyddo agenda STEM mewn ysgolion ac i uwchsgilio gweithwyr, a hynny wrth i Gymru anelu at ddyfodol digidol. Roedd hi hefyd yn awyddus i gydnabod bod yna lawer o waith i'w wneud o hyd er mwyn mynd i'r afael \u00e2'r cydbwysedd rhwng y rhywiau ym meysydd gwyddoniaeth a thechnoleg, a hynny ymhlith y gweithlu cyffredinol yng Nghymru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
