Estynnwyd gwahoddiadau arbennig i gr\u0175p o ferched o ysgolion lleol i fod yn bresennol yn y digwyddiad er mwyn gwrando ar fenywod hynod o ysbrydoledig, dylanwadol ac amrywiol, a hynny wrth iddynt s\u00f4n am eu proses o ymuno \u00e2'r byd gwyddoniaeth a thechnoleg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Daeth disgyblion o Ysgol Uwchradd Argoed yn yr Wyddgrug ac Ysgol Uwchradd Gatholig ac Anglicanaidd Sant Joseff yn Wrecsam i gampws Prifysgol Glynd\u0175f, a hynny ar gyfer y dathliad arbennig hwn. Cafodd y merched gyflwyniad gan Teri Birch, Swyddog Cyflawni Technocamps a darlithydd yn Adran Cyfrifiadureg y Brifysgol, ynghyd \u00e2 chyflwyniad gan Leanne Davies, ar ran Cyber Wales, sydd hefyd yn gweithio i'r Brifysgol. Soniodd y ddwy am eu llwybrau i fyd technoleg, ynghyd \u00e2'r rhwystrau y mae menywod yn y sector wedi'u hwynebu a'u goresgyn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.technocamps.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/89027830_1463722577120775_4418341197945241600_n-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-518\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Roedd y digwyddiad yn gyfle i'r merched gael profiad ymarferol o dechnoleg, a hynny mewn amgylchedd cyfeillgar a chefnogol. Gosododd Leanne dasg cryptograffeg go anodd i'r disgyblion, ac aethant ati i'w dadgodio mewn dim o dro. Treuliodd y merched weddill y prynhawn yn rhaglennu robotiaid Edison, gan eu rheoli \u00e2 synwyryddion a rasio a brwydro yn erbyn y robotiaid bach. Gwnaed hyn oll wrth gwrs gan fwynhau cacennau blasus a diodydd siocled poeth!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.technocamps.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/89194061_154774968978047_4246015079826325504_n.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-519\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.technocamps.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/c55cc004-40a1-41d1-ad68-519b00f144e2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-520\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Ym Mhrifysgol Abertawe, treuliodd disgyblion Ysgol Gyfun G\u0175yr, Ysgol Bro Dur, Ysgol Bae Baglan, Ysgol Olchfa, Ysgol Gatholig Sant Joseph ac Ysgol Cwm Brombil brynhawn arbennig ym Mhencadlys Technocamps. Agorodd yr Athro Lisa Wallace a Dr Jessica Fletcher, y ddwy o adran Gwyddorau Meddygol Cymhwysol a Ffarmacoleg Meddygol y Brifysgol, y sesiwn trwy roi cipolwg ar yr amrywiaeth o gyfleoedd sydd ar gael ym maes y Gwyddorau Meddygol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.technocamps.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/b55ef8a7-b3cc-4199-a88f-d73b98f78622.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-521\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Roedd hefyd yn fraint cael clywed gan yr Athro Yamni Nigam, sy'n ddarlithydd ym maes y Gwyddorau Biofeddygol. Mae ei phynciau addysgu arbenigol yn cynnwys clwyfau (heintiau a gwella) a therapi cynrhon (larfaol). Roedd rhai o'r sleidiau y dangosodd i'r gr\u0175p yn cynnwys rhybudd i beidio ag edrych ar adegau penodol, yn enwedig wrth fwyta. Diolch i'r drefn nid oedd ar yr un o'r merched ofn y rhain!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Roedd agenda'r diwrnod yn llawn dop, gyda Dr Natalie De Mello, technegydd arloesi ym Mhrifysgol Abertawe yn rhoi digon o gyngor i'r merched ar sut y mae dewis llwybrau gyrfa priodol a pheidio \u00e2 throi eu cefnau ar eu nodau. Rhoddodd Dr Emma Lane, Uwch-ddarlithydd Ffarmacoleg ym Mhrifysgol Caerdydd, gyflwyniad manwl a diddorol ar ei gwaith ym maes triniaethau ar gyfer Clefyd Parkinson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Roedd yn anrhydedd mawr i ni glywed gan amrywiaeth eang o fodelau r\u00f4l y gellir uniaethu \u00e2 nhw, a hynny wrth iddynt fynd i'r afael \u00e2 thangynrychiolaeth menywod mewn sawl maes STEM, yn ogystal \u00e2 rhoi'r cyfle i'r merched ddychmygu a chael eu grymuso i ddilyn gyrfa ym maes STEM, gan gydweithio i gael gwared ar yr anghyfartaledd rhwng y rhywiau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Roedd yr adborth a gawsom gan y merched a fu'n bresennol yn y ddau ddigwyddiad yn gadarnhaol iawn, gyda'r disgyblion yn disgrifio'r sesiynau yn rhai gwych, llawn hwyl ac ysbrydoledig. Dywedodd pob un ohonynt wrthym eu bod am ddilyn gyrfa ym maes Gwyddoniaeth a Thechnoleg.
