{"id":650,"date":"2018-10-03T10:41:00","date_gmt":"2018-10-03T09:41:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.technocamps.com\/?p=650"},"modified":"2020-12-03T14:21:05","modified_gmt":"2020-12-03T14:21:05","slug":"the-institute-of-coding-wales-launched-to-tackle-digital-skills-gap","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.technocamps.com\/cy\/2018\/10\/03\/the-institute-of-coding-wales-launched-to-tackle-digital-skills-gap\/","title":{"rendered":"Lansiwyd Sefydliad Codio Cymru i fynd i'r afael \u00e2 bwlch sgiliau digidol"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Lansiwyd Sefydliad Codio (IoC) yng Nghymru, partneriaeth fawr dan arweiniad Prifysgol Abertawe, sy'n ffurfio rhan o'r Sefydliad Codio Cenedlaethol yn Lloegr i weithredu ar y bwlch sgiliau digidol a chreu'r genhedlaeth nesaf o arbenigwyr digidol, wedi ei lansio yn y Senedd yng Nghaerdydd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Mae'r Sefydliad CodioCymraeg a Saesneg cyfun yn darparu cronfa o \u00a3 21.2 miliwn i ddatblygu hyfforddiant sgiliau arbenigol mewn meysydd o bwysigrwydd strategol a hybu cydraddoldeb ac amrywiaeth mewn addysg a gyrfaoedd ddigidol. Sefydlwyd y prosiect yn dilyn cyhoeddiadau a wnaed yn gynharach eleni gan lywodraethau'r DU a Chymru. Cefnogir y sefydliadau gan gonsortiwm o dros 60 o bartneriaid, gan gynnwys dwy brifysgol yng Nghymru (Abertawe a Chaerdydd) a 22 prifysgol yn Lloegr ynghyd \u00e2 busnesau ac arbenigwyr diwydiant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae cynnwys prifysgolion Cymru yn y consortiwm oherwydd eu gwaith i ehangu cyfranogiad pobl ifanc sy'n ymgymryd ag addysg gysylltiedig \u00e2 thechnoleg trwy:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>cryfder ac effaith y rhaglen Technocamps cenedlaethol;&nbsp;<\/li><li>cyflawniadau'r Academi Meddalwedd Genedlaethol;&nbsp;<\/li><li>llwyddiant y rhaglenni gradd arddull-prentisiaeth sy'n cael eu gweithredu ym Mhrifysgolion Abertawe a Chaerdydd.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Yn y digwyddiad lansio, daeth rhanddeiliaid o bob rhan o'r diwydiant, llywodraeth leol a chanolog, a chyrff addysgol a phroffesiynol ynghyd i ddathlu sefydlu'r IoC yng Nghymru a rhannu ei weledigaeth ar gyfer gweithgareddau yn y dyfodol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wrth siarad yn y lansiad, dywedodd yr Athro Faron Moller, Prifysgol Abertawe, sy'n bennaeth yr IoC yng Nghymru: \"Gyda rhaglen Technocamps Cymru gyfan, a thrwy gynnig rhaglenni gradd prentisiaeth a chyfleoedd DPP hanfodol, mae Prifysgolion Abertawe a Chaerdydd mewn sefyllfa dda i fynd i'r afael \u00e2'r prinder sgiliau cenedlaethol yn y gweithlu economi ddigidol. Rydym yn gyffrous \u00e2'r rhagolygon a'r cyfleoedd newydd a fydd yn codi o fod yn bartner yn y Sefydliad Codio.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae'r rhaglen IoC Genedlaethol yn cael ei arwain gan Dr Rachid Hourizi o Brifysgol Bath, a ddywedodd: \"Mae lansiad heddiw yn dwyn ynghyd bydau diwydiant, llywodraeth ac academia mewn ymdrech gyfun i ymateb i'r argyfwng sgiliau digidol. Bydd y cydweithio hwn yn sicrhau bod y genhedlaeth nesaf o fyfyrwyr a gweithwyr yn cael mynediad at y cyrsiau hyfforddiant diweddaraf o ansawdd uchel i roi iddynt y galluoedd technegol sydd eu hangen arnynt i ffynnu yn yr economi fodern.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gwyddom fod busnesau yng Nghymru yn newynog i recriwtio gweithwyr digidol a sgiliau lledaenu ar draws y gweithlu. Rydym hefyd yn gwybod bod arweinwyr y cwmni yn awyddus i chwarae rhan wrth ddatblygu cymwysterau i gefnogi'r ymdrech hon. Bydd yr IoC yn galluogi'r dyhead hwn i ddod yn realiti, gan ledaenu cyfle a grymuso personol i bawb, beth bynnag fo'u cefndir.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dywedodd Julie James AC, Arweinydd y T\u0177 \u00e2 chyfrifoldeb am ddigidol: \"Yn gynharach eleni, cyhoeddodd Llywodraeth Cymru \u00a3 1.2m i gefnogi cyfranogiad Prifysgolion Caerdydd ac Abertawe yn Sefydliad Codio ledled y DU, gan helpu i greu'r genhedlaeth nesaf o arbenigwyr digidol.
