Yn ystod blynyddoedd ysgol Sarah, ymwelodd hi \u00e2\u2019r ystafell gyfrifiaduron unwaith yr wythnos ac yn aml roedd hi\u2019n gadael i rywun arall wneud y gwaith gan ei bod yn credu ei fod y tu hwnt i\u2019w gallu. Mae Sarah bellach yn gynorthwyydd dysgu sy'n gweithio gyda disgyblion ag awtistiaeth. Mae'r disgyblion hyn yn aml yn graff iawn ac yn wych gyda thechnoleg - rhywbeth yr oedd Sarah yn teimlo nad oedd hi. Byddai hi'n gwylio'r hyn y gallen nhw ei wneud ar y cyfrifiaduron ond heb wybod ai dyna oedden nhw i fod i'w wneud ai peidio!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yn ystod ymweliad \u00e2 ffair yrfaoedd gyda disgyblion Blwyddyn 11, daeth Sarah ar draws Technocamps. Yma, clywodd hi am yr hyfforddiant rydyn ni'n ei gynnig i ddisgyblion ac athrawon. Meddyliodd Sarah ei fod yn swnio'n gyffrous, ond roedd hi'n ei chael hi'n anodd cefnogi disgyblion mewn gwersi TGCh a Chyfrifiadureg heb fawr o wybodaeth ei hun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pan glywodd Sarah am y cwrs DPP bod Technocamps yn rhedeg i athrawon ennill gwybodaeth a chymhwyster cydnabyddedig, meddyliodd hi, \u201cRwy'n gynorthwyydd dysgu, nad yw hyn i mi\u201d ond rhoddodd hi gynnig arni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Roedd Sarah yn meddwl bod Luke, ein Swyddog Addysgu, yn wych. Gweithiodd Luke ar gyflymder cyson ac nid oedd e erioed yn ddiamynedd wrth gael ei ofyn i ailadrodd pethau i'r myfyrwyr. Dros yr wythnosau, dysgodd Sarah fod pethau a oedd arfer teimlo\u2019n bell o'i chyrhaeddiad nawr yn gwneud synnwyr llwyr. Ar \u00f4l cyfnod byr, llwyddodd i gymhwyso'i sgiliau newydd i\u2019w gwersi TGAU yn yr ysgol, a gallai hyd yn oed helpu'r disgyblion gydag ysgrifennu rhaglenni, a gweithgareddau Greenfoot a Scratch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mwynhaodd Sarah y cwrs gymaint, dechreuodd hi chwilio am yr her nesaf ar unwaith. Dyna pryd y dechreuodd hi ein rhaglen Gradd-brentisiaeth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mae sgiliau newydd Sarah wedi cael effaith fawr ar ei gwaith. Yn enwedig yn ystod yr amser hwn o angen addasu at dechnoleg newydd yn gyflym, gall Sarah helpu disgyblion a chydweithwyr i addasu i'r ffordd newydd o weithio ac mae'n gwbl gyfforddus. Fe wnaeth hi hefyd arwain gr\u0175p o ddisgyblion mewn cystadleuaeth AI genedlaethol y llynedd, lle enillon nhw wobr am eu syniad o Theo y Ci Therapi. Roedd yn brofiad bywyd gwych i Sarah a'r disgyblion, ac roedd pob un wedi dysgu cymaint, ac roedd y wobr ariannol yn golygu y gallant brynu technoleg newydd i barhau i ddatblygu sgiliau gyda disgyblion ledled yr ysgol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Rhan fwyaf heriol y cwrs oedd cychwyn, \nroeddwn i\u2019n ofni fy mod i\u2019n mynd i edrych yn ff\u00f4l mewn ystafell llawn athrawon deallus a chymwys. Roeddwn i\u2019n hollol anghywir - roedd pobl fwy galluog yno, ond nid oeddwn i\u2019n teimlo fel na ddylwn i fod yno o gwbl. Os ydych chi'n ei ystyried, ewch amdani! Dydych chi byth yn gwybod i ble y gallai arwain. Mae dod ar draws Technocamps wedi trawsnewid fy mywyd.<\/em>“<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
