Ar gyfer Diwrnod Rhyngwladol y Menywod 2021, dathlon ni drwy wahodd aelodau\u2019r cyhoedd i rannu proffiliau o\u2019r menywod sy\u2019n eu hysbrydoli fwyaf.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I ddathlu Diwrnod Rhyngwladol y Menywod, gofynnon ni i ddisgyblion ysgolion uwchradd rannu cyflawniadau menywod, yn enwedig mewn disgyblaethau STEM, sydd wedi eu hysbrydoli. Bwriad Mae Hi'n Fy Ysbrydoli<\/em> oedd arddangos amrywiaeth o fenywod ysbrydoledig mewn pynciau STEM ac annog myfyrwyr i ddefnyddio iaith gadarnhaol wrth drafod menywod sy'n eu hysbrydoli nes at adref, er enghraifft aelod o'r teulu neu athro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cRoedden ni am greu prosiect a fyddai\u2019n arddangos menywod gwych ac ysbrydoledig ym maes pynciau STEM i\u2019r myfyrwyr. Roedden ni hefyd am wneud rhywbeth mwy - i annog myfyrwyr i ddefnyddio iaith gadarnhaol i ddisgrifio menyw sy'n eu hysbrydoli, boed hynny'n bersonol neu'n broffesiynol. Gan y gall fod rhywfaint o negyddoldeb ar y pwnc hwn, roedden ni am i'r prosiect ganolbwyntio'n llwyr ar agweddau cadarnhaol.\"<\/em>

Gan ei fod yn fenter newydd, treialon ni'r prosiect gyda thair ysgol uwchradd yn Ne Cymru. Derbyniodd yr ysgolion Becyn Ysbrydoliaeth i ddosbarthu i'w myfyrwyr, yn cynnwys proffiliau gan staff Technocamps a Phrifysgol Caerdydd a oedd yn arddangos menywod ysbrydoledig, naill ai trwy eu gwaith mewn pynciau STEM neu'r effaith y maent wedi'i chael ar bobl yn bersonol. Roedd y pecyn hefyd yn cynnwys tiwtorialau fideo ar sut y gallai\u2019r myfyrwyr gyflwyno eu proffiliau a rhestr o adnoddau a allai danio ymchwil bellach myfyrwyr. Gweithiodd y myfyrwyr ar eu prosiectau yn ystod y pythefnos yn arwain at hanner tymor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cRydyn ni i gyd wedi mwynhau gallu cymryd rhan yn y prosiect Mae Hi'n Fy Ysbrydoli. Mae wedi bod yn gyfle gwych i ddod i wybod am gynifer o wahanol fenywod a sut maen nhw i gyd wedi gweithio'n galed i ddilyn eu breuddwydion. Mae'r myfyrwyr hefyd wedi bod yn ysbrydoliaeth, maen nhw wedi addasu i weithio mor wahanol, wedi cymryd y cyfan yn eu cam, i gynhyrchu gwaith sy'n dangos diddordeb brwd mewn gwyddoniaeth.\u201d<\/em>

\"Rydym wedi gweld bod y prosiect hwn wedi ennyn trafodaethau ynghylch menywod ysbrydoledig a oedd, cyn y prosiect hwn, yn anhysbys. Mae wedi bod yn hynod werth chweil a buddiol i'n myfyrwyr sylweddoli pa mor llwyddiannus y mae menywod wedi bod ac yn dal i fod yn ein cymdeithas fodern. Rwy'n teimlo bod y prosiect hwn wedi grymuso ein myfyrwyr gydag egni a phenderfyniad i lwyddo<\/em>.\"

Gweithion ni gyda 77 o fyfyrwyr ym mlynyddoedd 7-11 o dair ysgol. Er eu bod yn dysgu gartref, roedd y myfyrwyr hyn yn ymgysylltu'n llawn \u00e2'u proffiliau unigol. Mae'r proffiliau a gynhyrchwyd wedi canolbwyntio ar ystod o fenywod, o s\u00ear ffilmiau i wyddonwyr arobryn i wleidyddion. Mae'r iaith yn y proffiliau yn tynnu sylw at briodoleddau cadarnhaol y menywod maen nhw wedi'u dewis ac yn arddangos yr amrywiaeth eang o ddoniau y mae'r myfyrwyr wedi'u darganfod.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gwahoddwyd y myfyrwyr a\u2019r athrawon dan sylw i Ddigwyddiad Dathlu lle dangoswyd casgliad dethol o broffiliau myfyrwyr ar Ddiwrnod Rhyngwladol y Menywod, Dydd Llun 8 Mawrth 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cMae hwn wedi bod yn brosiect ysbrydoledig. Rydyn ni mor falch o'r ymateb gwych gan y myfyrwyr ysgol a'r ymdrech enfawr maen nhw wedi'i wneud i gynhyrchu eu proffiliau. Mae mor ddiddorol gweld ystod mor eang o fodelau r\u00f4l benywaidd anhygoel sydd yn amlwg wedi cael effaith ar y myfyrwyr. Edrychaf ymlaen at gynnal y prosiect hwn eto gyda chynulleidfa ehangach.\u201d<\/em>
