Mae Dylan Lewis, athro o Ysgol Gyfun Pontarddulais, sydd ar hyn o bryd yn mynychu ein cwrs Technoteach, wedi ennill gwobr am y defnydd Gorau o Ddysgu Digidol, a ddyfernir gan Gwobrau Addysgu Proffesiynol Cymru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mae Dylan wedi bod yn mynychu ein cwrs DPP Technoteach ar gyfer y flwyddyn academaidd ym Mhrifysgol Abertawe ac mae wedi bod yn datblygu ei sgiliau a'i ymarfer ym maes Cyfrifiadureg. Fel arweinydd ar gyfer y Fframwaith Cymhwysedd Digidol (DCF) yn ei ysgol, mae Dylan yn chwarae r\u00f4l enfawr wrth gefnogi aelodau staff a disgyblion. Mae'n arwain y broses o gyflwyno technoleg newydd fel HWB yn yr ysgol ac mae wedi gweithio'n galed i sicrhau bod gan athrawon ym mhob pwnc yr hyfforddiant a'r gefnogaeth sydd eu hangen arnynt i baratoi ar gyfer y newidiadau sydd i ddod yn y cwricwlwm. Nid yn unig yn effeithio ar y staff a'r disgyblion, mae Dylan wedi chwarae rhan yn y gymuned ehangach trwy'r prosiect \"Addysgu Henoed\", a gychwynnwyd ganddo'i hun, sy'n gweld disgyblion yn gweithio ochr yn ochr \u00e2 Dinasyddion H\u0177n lleol a'u cefnogi gyda'r byd digidol. Crynodd y beirniaid gyfraniad Dylan i'r ysgol fel \"trawsnewidiol\". Pam ydych chi'n mynychu'r Cwrs Technoteach?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mae'n debyg ei fod yn dod i lawr i ddysgu rhywbeth newydd. Dros y blynyddoedd diwethaf bu ffocws newydd ar bynciau STEM gyda ffocws ar gael disgyblion i 'feddwl yn fawr' a meddwl y tu allan i'r bocs. Gall cyrsiau DPP ar gyfer athrawon fod yn anodd i ffeindio, felly mae cael TechnoTeach ar garreg ein drws yn ddefnyddiol iawn gan ei fod yn caniat\u00e1u i ysgolion yn yr ardal gael mynediad at syniadau ac adnoddau newydd a allai fod yn berthnasol am flynyddoedd i ddod. Rwy'n gobeithio'n wir bod hyn yn rhywbeth y gall barhau ag y byddai'n braf, mewn ychydig flynyddoedd o amser i gyfarfod eto dros yr haf neu hanner tymor ac adnewyddu a rhannu syniadau gyda phrosiectau newydd yn cael eu datblygu. Byddwn wrth fy modd yn mynychu ysgolion \/ prosiectau haf \/ dysgu o bell i ddatblygu fy DPP ymhellach.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Beth yw'r peth pwysicaf yr ydych wedi'i ddysgu hyd yma?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Y peth pwysicaf yr wyf wedi'i ddysgu ... dau beth mewn gwirionedd. Mae NEWID bob amser yn digwydd. Mae'r dyddiau lle y byddai cwrs yn rhedeg am flynyddoedd a blynyddoedd heb addasiad wedi pasio. Fel ysgol arloeswr cwricwlaidd, rydym yn treialu llawer o syniadau newydd a chyffrous, er enghraifft, gan gydweithio \u00e2 meysydd adrannau eraill i greu MDaPh STEM a fydd \u00e2 ffocws trwm ar bynciau sy'n seiliedig ar Wyddoniaeth a Thechnoleg. Mae ein prosiectau creadigol presennol wedi'u cynllunio gan ddefnyddio'r Microbits yn y tymor cyntaf a defnyddiant ystod o synwyryddion mewnblannau i gasglu data. <\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Ydych chi \/ a ydych chi'n darparu CS yn eich ysgol chi?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fel y soniwyd yn flaenorol, rydym yn canolbwyntio'r cwricwlwm ar brosiectau newydd STEM, gydag amrywiad a chymysgedd o Gyfrifiadureg a TGCh gan y bydd rhai disgyblion yn naturiol yn well ar yr un na'r llall. Mewn ysgolion lle maent wedi tynnu TGCh o'r cwricwlwm bu gostyngiad sylweddol yn ansawdd, cyflwyniad a dyluniad gwaith. Rwy'n credu'n wir bod lle i'r ddau bwnc. Byddwn yn datblygu cyfrifiadureg trwy gydol CA3 yn symud o Logo, i Scratch ac i Python.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Pa effaith y mae'r cwrs \/ dyfarniad wedi'i gael ar eich ysgol a'ch disgyblion?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yn bersonol, i mi, mae'r cwrs wedi agor fy llygaid i Python. O'm gradd, roedd gen i wybodaeth sylfaenol am VB.net ac roeddwn wedi ysgrifennu ychydig o raglenni. Rydym wedi cyflwyno Python, gan symud i ffwrdd o VB wrth i'm disgyblion ymddangos yn haws gyda hi na VB. Roedd y Modiwl cyntaf ar Python yn ardderchog gyda nifer o dasgau heriol a oedd yn gorfodi 'meddwl cyfrifiadurol'. Mae'r rhaglen 'naid blwyddyn' yn chwythu'r meddwl! Mae'r defnydd o becynnau Lego wedi bod yn bonws enfawr hefyd. Ers defnyddio'r pecynnau yn Technocamps, mae'r ysgol wedi prynu set o 10 sydd i'w defnyddio ar draws y cwricwlwm ar gyfer prosiectau sy'n seiliedig ar STEM. Gyda ffocws trwm ar y FFCD, rydym wedi bod yn chwilio am ffyrdd o gael elfennau mwy anodd o'r FFCD i feysydd cwricwlwm, un o'r rhain yw Algorithmau. Tra'n gweithio gyda'r adran Mathemateg yn ystod prosiect her, gwnaethom greu prosiect sy'n canolbwyntio ar 'Logo' a oedd yn caniat\u00e1u i'r disgyblion ddilyn cyfarwyddiadau a thynnu siapiau. Roeddent hefyd yn gallu addasu rheolau mewn siartiau llif i greu siapiau amgen. Roedd gan hyn fudd ychwanegol pan oedd disgyblion yn archwilio nodweddion lefel uwch megis dolenni i ailddefnyddio cod yr oeddent eisoes wedi ei ysgrifennu.<\/p><\/blockquote>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
