Bob wythnos, bydd pobl ysbrydoledig mewn gyrfaoedd STEM yn trafod beth mae eu swydd yn ei gynnwys, eu llwybrau gyrfa a'r dechnoleg newydd gyffrous yn eu maes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bydd Laura Roberts, ein Cydlynydd Rhanbarthol ar gyfer De-ddwyrain Cymru, yn cynnal y podlediad, gan gyfweld \u00e2 gwesteion o bob rhan o Gymru a thu hwnt am eu rolau mewn STEM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae'r podlediad yn dilyn llwyddiant ein rhaglen <a href=\"https:\/\/www.technocamps.com\/cy\/programmes\/#section-gist\">GiST<\/a> sef cyfres o weminarau lle mae menywod mewn STEM yn dangos eu swyddfeydd i blant ysgol ac yn trafod eu swyddi cyn ateb cwestiynau gan fynychwyr. Gyda dros 300 yn bresennol ers ei lansio ym mis Medi, mae'r rhaglen wedi ennill dilyniant mawr. Nod y podlediad yw dod \u00e2'r un cyngor i gynulleidfaoedd mewn modd mwy hygyrch fel y gallant wrando yn eu hamser eu hunain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bydd penodau'n cael eu rhyddhau bob wythnos yn ystod y tymor a bydd pob pennod tua hanner awr o hyd.
