Yn y ddwy r\u00f4l rydw i wastad wedi ymdrechu i ennyn brwdfrydedd dros bynciau STEM mewn pobl ifanc, yn enwedig merched.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Roedd fy merch yn Brownie, a phob wythnos roedd hi'n dod adref yn gyffrous i drafod pa weithgareddau roeddent wedi bod yn eu gwneud y noson honno, ond sylwais yn fuan bod ychydig iawn o'r gweithgareddau yn gysylltiedig \u00e2 STEM. Credais yn frwdfrydig y gallai Technocamps weithio gyda Brownies, Guides a Rangers i'w cefnogi a darparu sesiynau STEM ysbrydoledig. Ar \u00f4l siarad ag ychydig o arweinwyr roedd yn amlwg nad oedd gan lawer y wybodaeth na'r adnoddau i hwyluso'r math hwn o sesiwn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rhoddais fy nghynllun yn ei le a phostiais neges fer ar eu tudalen Facebook leol a chefais fy boddi ar unwaith gan ymatebion. Yn ystod mis Mawrth, cynhaliodd Technocamps un sesiwn Brownies a thair sesiwn Guides bob wythnos, felly cyflwynon ni i dros 60 o Guides a 70 o Brownies. Roedd yr adborth yn anhygoel:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u201cSesiwn wych heno - roedd fy merched wrth eu boddau ac rydw i wedi cael llawer o negeseuon gan rieni yn dweud faint y cafodd y merched allan ohoni - yn edrych ymlaen at yr wythnos nesaf!\u201d<\/li><li>\u201cDiolch enfawr gan bob un ohonom, rydyn ni wedi cael adborth gwych gan y rhieni, ac mae'n ymddangos bod y teulu cyfan wedi mwynhau'r digwyddiad. Mae'n ymddangos ei fod wedi'i gynllunio'n dda iawn, ac fe wnaeth y merched fwynhau'r gweithgaredd patrymau ailadroddus helfa tua'r diwedd.\u201d<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Felly, beth yn union wnaethon ni ei gyflawni? Fel y gallwch ddychmygu, roedd cael dros 60 o Brownies mewn un sesiwn Zoom yn eithaf dwys, yn enwedig pan oeddent i gyd yn rhoi (neu dylwn ddweud gweiddi) cyfarwyddiadau i ni ar algorithm i wneud paned. Roeddwn i'n teimlo dros y Swyddogion Addysgu, Luke a Nia, a oedd yn gorfod yfed y te a wnaethant. Roedd un cwpan hyd yn oed yn cynnwys llawer iawn o siwgr, ychydig iawn o dd\u0175r a rhai tomatos! Fe wnaethant hefyd dreulio noson yn gwneud g\u00eam Scratch - gwyliwch allan Fortnite!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mwynhaodd y Guides ddadl danbaid ar foeseg technoleg a cheisio \u201cDianc rhag Zoom\u201d trwy gwblhau ystod o heriau gan gynnwys helfa i gwblhau patrymau ac roedd pawb wedi dysgu algorithm ystum llaw ar gyfer y g\u00e2n Tik Tok, When I Popped Off, gan arwain at lawer o chwerthin arnom ni \u201cpobl h\u0177n\u201d yn ceisio cadw i fyny!
