Mae'r 12 mis diwethaf yn sicr wedi bod yn brofiad. Nid yn unig ydyn ni wedi gweld pandemig byd-eang, ond rydyn ni hefyd wedi gweld protestiadau, gwleidyddiaeth a diffyg papur papur toiled! Rydyn ni gyd wedi darganfod y ffordd y gall y byd weithio pan fod rhaid iddo, a'r buddion a'r heriau a all ddod o hynny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Er gwaethaf popeth, mae'r byd wedi parhau. Rydyn ni wedi gweld eithafion tywydd (hyd yn oed i Gymru!), yn mynd o haf poeth iawn i Ddydd San Steffan stormus. Lle mae bodau dynol wedi cilio, mae natur wedi cymryd drosodd. Ymddangosodd dolffiniais yn n\u0175r Fenis a walws yn Ninbych-y-pysgod! Mae'r sgwrs o amgylch ein hinsawdd wedi bod yn parhau cyhyd ag y gallaf gofio, ac ar draws y byd, rydym yn dechrau gweld effeithiau'r newidiadau hynny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yn ein canolfan yng Nghaerdydd, mae pedwar Swyddog Addysgu yn cynllunio ac yn cyflwyno ein gweithdai mewn ysgolion. Llenwir y rolau hyn gan fyfyrwyr sy'n ymgymryd \u00e2 lleoliad Blwyddyn mewn Diwydiant. Mae'n gyfle gwych i ddatblygu a dysgu sgiliau newydd, ond mae hefyd yn golygu bod ein addysgu yn cael ei arwain gan fyfyrwyr ifanc a brwdfrydig sy'n gweithredu fel modelau r\u00f4l ysbrydoledig i ddisgyblion. Gan fod ein gweithdai wedi bod yn rhithwir eleni, bu un o'n Swyddogion Addysgu, Arunima, yn gweithio o'i chartref yn India. Rhoddodd hyn gyfle unigryw i ni dreialu Prosiect Cyfnewid Diwylliannol Rhyngwladol rhwng ysgolion yn India ac ysgolion yng Nghymru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rhoddodd ein gwaith a'n profiad mewn technoleg fan cychwyn i ni, a gyda'r sgwrs ynghylch yr Argyfwng Hinsawdd yn gyffredin yn ein meddyliau, fe helpodd hyn i greu Un Byd, Un Dechnoleg<\/em>. Mae hwn yn brosiect sy'n ceisio gweithio ar draws dwy ysgol mewn dwy wlad, gan ddefnyddio'r sgiliau newydd rydyn ni i gyd wedi'u hennill i weithio o bell ac ar y cyd. Bydd y prosiect yn gweithio gyda grwpiau o bobl ifanc yn India a Chymru, i greu technoleg a fydd yn anelu at fynd i'r afael \u00e2 mater yn eu hardal sy'n ganlyniad i Newid Hinsawdd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bydd ein canolfan yng Nghaerdydd yn hwyluso sesiynau i ddisgyblion ar raglenni a defnyddiau technoleg ac yn sicrhau amser i ganiat\u00e1u rhyngweithio rhwng y myfyrwyr yn India a Chymru. Bydd y prosiect yn gweithio gyda'r myfyrwyr mewn perthynas \u00e2'u gwybodaeth am dechnoleg, a gobeithiwn y bydd myfyrwyr yn gallu rhannu eu profiadau ar draws diwylliannau. Er enghraifft, sut olwg sydd ar eu hystafelloedd dosbarth, eu trefi a'u hadeiladau, sut mae eu diwrnod yn edrych a sut mae eu haddysg yn mynd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rydw i mor gyffrous (ac wedi dychryn tipyn) ar gyfer y prosiect hwn! Dyma'r tro cyntaf i ni gymryd y cam i weithio'n rhyngwladol fel t\u00eem, ac yn sicr rydyn ni wedi neidio i mewn i'r pen dwfn! Rydyn ni wedi bod yn lwcus iawn gyda\u2019r ysgolion sydd wedi ymuno \u00e2\u2019r prosiect a\u2019r amser mae\u2019r athrawon yn ei roi i mewn i wneud i\u2019r prosiect hwn weithio, felly rydyn ni\u2019n ddiolchgar iawn iddyn nhw.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eleni, rydyn ni wedi darganfod bod ein byd yn werthfawr, ac rydyn ni i gyd yn gysylltiedig \u00e2'n gilydd, waeth beth yw'r pellter. Bydd wastad gwahaniaethau rhwng pobl o ddwy wlad, ond bydd wastad tebygrwydd hefyd. Bydd y pum wythnos nesaf yn y prosiect yn antur, ond rwy\u2019n falch iawn o fod yn rhan ohono ac ni allaf aros i weld pa syniadau anhygoel y mae\u2019r myfyrwyr yn eu rhannu o ddwy ochr y byd.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
