Rydyn ni'n cynnal cyfres o weminarau gyrfaoedd ar gyfer plant 11-18 oed i'w helpu i ddeall pa rolau sydd ar gael iddynt, sut y byddent yn mynd ati i weithio yn y diwydiant hwnnw, sut y gall cynghorwyr gyrfaoedd eu cefnogi a beth ddylai eu camau nesaf fod.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ar \u00f4l cwblhau ei MEng mewn Peirianneg Fecanyddol ym Mhrifysgol Brunel, dychwelodd Lydia i Delphi Technologies, gan weithio ei ffordd i fyny i Uwch Beiriannydd yn y T\u00eem Datblygu Cynnyrch.
Fel Cynghorydd Polisi Addysg, mae Lydia yn gweithio i ddatblygu swyddi polisi a strategaeth addysg ar gyfer y Sefydliad. Lydia yw Cynghorydd Datblygiad Proffesiynol y Sefydliad, gan gynnig cwnsela peirianneg ar gyfer aelodau a gwneud penderfyniadau achrediedig.
