Yng Nghymru, yn sgil cyhoeddiad - a nawr gweithrediad -  Adroddiad Donaldson (\"Dyfodol Llwyddiannus\"), rydym yn dechrau gweld y Meysydd Dysgu a Phrofiad (AoLE) newydd yn dod i'r amlwg, wedi'u cefnogi gan Rwydweithiau Cenedlaethol ar gyfer Rhagoriaeth Mathemateg a Gwyddoniaeth a Thechnoleg (NNEM ac NNEST). Ochr yn ochr \u00e2'r broses hon o adleoli'r pynciau academaidd traddodiadol - ymysg amrywiaeth o newidiadau arwyddocaol eraill - canlyniad cyntaf adolygiad annibynnol yr Athro Graham Donaldson, fu datblygu Fframwaith Cymhwysedd Digidol newydd ar gyfer holl ysgolion Cymru. Diben y rhaglen hon yw sicrhau y rhoddir yr un flaenoriaeth drawsgwricwlaidd i sgiliau digidol ag i lythrennedd a rhifedd, er mwyn cefnogi'r pedwar diben y cwricwlwm newydd.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wrth i ni symud o'r weledigaeth strategol i weithredu'r cwricwlwm newydd yn llawn, pa olwg fydd ar addysg STEM yng Nghymru wrth i ni edrych tua'r dyfodol?  Pa olwg fydd ar feysydd dysgu a phrofiad Gwyddoniaeth a Thechnoleg newydd yng nghyd-destun disgyblaethau gwyddoniaeth cystadleuol? Yn benodol, beth mae hyn yn ei olygu ar gyfer disgyblaeth academaidd cyfrifiadureg sy'n dod i'r amlwg eto. Yn sgil cyflwyno cwricwlwm heriol newydd ar gyfer Cyfrifiadureg yn Lloegr o fis Medi 2014, denwyd sylw rhyngwladol sylweddol i weld sut mae wedi cael ei weithredu ac a oes modd ei weithredu ar raddfa ehangach. Sut bydd ysgolion ac ymarferwyr yng Nghymru'n symud ymlaen o TGCh? Ac a fydd ganddynt yr hyder a'r gallu i addysgu cyfrifiadureg i blant o bump oed ymlaen? Mewn termau ehangach, ydy'r ecosystem cymwysterau yng Nghymru'n ddigon amrywiol i ategu'r meysydd dysgu a phrofiad Gwyddoniaeth a Thechnoleg newydd? Ac yn olaf, gyda sylw cynyddol ar gyflymder y broses ddiwygio yng Nghymru: beth yw'r ffordd orau o gefnogi ymarferwyr i addysgu'r cwricwlwm newydd, o addysg gychwynnol athrawon, hyd at hyfforddiant a datblygiad proffesiynol mewn swydd.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bywgraffiad y Siaradwr:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Tom Crick yw Athro Cyfrifiadureg a Pholisi Cyhoeddus a Dirprwy Gyfarwyddwr Mentergarwch Prifysgol Fetropolitan Caerdydd. Mae'n Gymrawd Gwyddor Data Nesta, yn Gymrawd y Sefydliad Cynaladwyedd Meddalwedd, yn Gymrawd Addysgu Cenedlaethol y Sefydliad Addysg Uwch a bu'n Gymrawd Cyfryngau Gwyddoniaeth BBC Wales. Mae'n ymddiddori yn y rhyngwyneb rhwng ymchwil a pholisi, ac mewn datrys problemau cyfrifiadol dwys a ysgogir gan ddata mewn amrywiaeth o feysydd - gwyddor data, systemau deallus, cynaladwyedd meddalwedd ac atgynhyrchioldeb cyfrifiadol - yn ogystal \u00e2 pholisi gwyddoniaeth ac arloesi, trawsnewidiadau digidol, arloesi mewn gwasanaeth cyhoeddus, addysg STEM a sgiliau\/isadeiledd ar gyfer yr economi ddigidol. Mae ei waith wedi cael ei ariannu gan y Cyngor Ymchwil Peirianneg a'r Gwyddorau Ffisegol, y Comisiwn Ewropeaidd, Innovate UK, HPC Cymru, Cynghorau Ymchwil y DU a Llywodraeth Cymru. Yn 2013, cadeiriodd Tom adolygiad Llywodraeth Cymru o'r cwricwlwm TGCh ac, yn ddiweddar, cadeiriodd y broses o ddatblygu Fframwaith Cymhwysedd Digidol ar gyfer holl ysgolion Cymru. Ym mis Mawrth 2017, fe'i penodwyd yn gadeirydd y Rhwydwaith Cenedlaethol newydd ar gyfer Rhagoriaeth Gwyddoniaeth a Thechnoleg sy'n elwa o fuddsoddiad o \u00a34m gan Lywodraeth Cymru.
