Ar 5 Gorffennaf 2016, tri ar ddeg o athrawon o dde Cymru oedd y garfan cyntaf i lwyddo i ennill Tystysgrif lefel 3 Cyfrifiadura ar gyfer Athrawon a dyfarnwyd gan y Fframwaith Cymwysterau a Chredydau, a hynny yn rhan o raglen DPP, blwyddyn o hyd, gan Technoteach. Cefnogir y rhaglen Technoteach hon gan yr Academi Wyddoniaeth Genedlaethol, trwy Lywodraeth Cymru, er mwyn uwchsgilio athrawon fel eu bod yn dod yn hyderus ac yn gymwys i gyflwyno'r cwricwlwm cyfrifiadureg. Mae'r rhaglen hefyd yn cefnogi'r gwaith o gyflwyno'r Fframwaith Cymhwysedd Digidol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mae'r cwrs hwn, sy'n cael ei achredu gan yr ASFI (Sgiliau Achrededig ar gyfer Diwydiant) yn cael ei gyflwyno trwy gydol y flwyddyn academaidd (18 sesiwn diwrnod llawn), gyda'r athrawon yn cyfarfod unwaith bob pythefnos i ddatblygu eu dealltwriaeth o amrediad o bynciau cyfrifiadureg, o roboteg i raglennu Python.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fel Bennaeth Cynorthwyol mewn Ysgol Uwchradd, rwyf am i'r disgyblion yn fy ysgol cael profiad o'r ochr gyfrifiadureg i TGCh, nid dim ond y defnydd o becynnau swyddfa, sef yr hyn yr oedd y cwricwlwm TGCh wedi tyfu i fod bellach. Wrth edrych o gwmpas am gymorth gyda hyn, tynnwyd fy sylw at Technocamps; a chefais gynnig gan d\u00eem Technocamps un ai i ddod \u00e2'r disgyblion i'r brifysgol (ar eu traul hwy), neu i aelod o'r t\u00eem cyflenwi ymweld \u00e2 ni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dyma'r unig sefydliad yng Nghymru y deuthum o hyd iddo a oedd yn barod i uwchsgilio disgyblion ac athrawon fel hyn, a hynny'n rhad ac am ddim. Archebais weithdai ym Mhrifysgol Abertawe ar gyfer dau gr\u0175p blwyddyn i ddechrau, ac nid ydym wedi edrych yn \u00f4l; ers hynny, rydym wedi elwa ar sawl ymgysylltiad \u00e2 Technocamps, o ran fy natblygiad proffesiynol fy hun ac o ran y cyfleoedd y mae ein disgyblion a'n hysgol wedi eu mwynhau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mae'r disgyblion wedi cael eu cyflwyno yng ngweithdai Technocamps i godio trwy Scratch, Python a Greenfoot. Trwy gyfrwng hyn, mae'r disgyblion wedi ymgysylltu ag amrywiaeth o unigolion yn y brifysgol (yn Athrawon, ac yn fyfyrwyr \u00f4l-raddedig ac israddedig) ar brosiectau cyfrifiadura amrywiol sydd \u2013 heb s\u00f4n am fod yn bleserus \u2013 wedi taflu goleuni ar y cyfleoedd posibl sydd ar gael iddynt o ran gyrfaoedd mewn cyfrifiadura; mae hyn wedi ysgogi nifer ohonynt i fynd ymlaen i astudio cyfrifiadura yng Nghyfnod Allweddol 5 ac yn y Brifysgol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Roedd gweithgareddau Technocamps hefyd wedi helpu'r disgyblion i weld bod cyfrifiadura yn cael ei ddefnyddio ym mhob agwedd ar fywyd. Credaf fod yr ymweliadau wedi hybu diddordeb y disgyblion, gan fod un o bob pump o'r cohort wedi dewis cyfrifiadureg yn un o'u dewisiadau TGAU, sy'n anhygoel. I gefnogi hyn, mae Technocamps wedi dod i'r ysgol i redeg Gweithdai Python a Greenfoot gyda dosbarthiadau, er mwyn eu paratoi ar gyfer eu gwaith TGAU; heb y cymorth hwn, byddai wedi bod bron yn amhosibl i'r ysgol gyflwyno'r cwrs TGAU cyfrifiadureg newydd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yn bersonol, rwyf wedi ennill sgiliau pwysig o fynd i'r gweithdai gyda'r disgyblion. A minnau'n athrawes Mathemateg a TGCh, mae hyn wedi caniat\u00e1u i mi weld sut y mae rhywun sydd \u00e2 chefndir mewn cyfrifiadureg yn addysgu'r cysyniadau sy'n angenrheidiol ar gyfer y pwnc. Mae wedi rhoi syniadau a hyder newydd i mi wrth eu haddysgu. Ar ben hyn, rwyf wedi cwblhau dau gwrs Technoteach, ac ar hyn o bryd rwy'n dilyn cwrs Tystysgrif Cyfrifiadura ar gyfer Athrawon Lefel 3 yr ASFI (FfCCH), sy'n cael ei gyflenwi gan Technocamps. Heb y rhain, ni fyddwn wedi gallu addysgu TGAU cyfrifiadureg i'm disgyblion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ac nid wyf ar fy mhen fy hun. Mae Technoteach wedi caniat\u00e1u i mi rwydweithio \u00e2 nifer o athrawon eraill ledled de Cymru, ac mae eu barn wedi bod yr un fath yn union \u00e2'm barn i o ran yr effaith gadarnhaol a'r cyfleoedd sydd wedi cael eu creu trwy'r uwchsgilio y mae Technocamps wedi ei roi i athrawon ledled Cymru. Rwyf hefyd yn teimlo y gallwn gysylltu \u00e2 th\u00eem Technocamps, ac y byddent yno i'm cefnogi, pe byddai arnaf angen cymorth i addysgu unrhyw ran o'r cwrs TGAU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unwaith eto, hoffwn bwysleisio y byddai ein disgyblion wedi colli allan ar gymaint o brofiadau newid bywyd pe na bai athrawon fel fi wedi cael ein cyflwyno i Technocamps, ac wedi elwa ar hynny. Ni fyddem chwaith wedi meddu ar y datblygiad proffesiynol angenrheidiol i gyflwyno\u2019r cwrs TGAU newydd yn ein hysgolion. Mae Technocamps wedi rhoi i athrawon, ledled Cymru, yr uwchsgilio angenrheidiol i'w galluogi i gofleidio'r newidiadau newydd yn y cwricwla cyfrifiadureg, ynghyd \u00e2'r Fframwaith Cymhwysedd Digidol, a hynny ar hyd a lled Cymru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cRwyf wedi elwa mewn sawl ffordd ar Technocamps, gan gynnwys trwy gyfrwng gweithdai yn fy ysgol cyfrwng Cymraeg, sydd wedi cael eu cyflenwi yn Gymraeg, gan ddefnyddio adnoddau Cymraeg.
