Mae dathliad blynyddol Diwrnod Rhyngwladol y Menywod ITWales yn rhoi cipolwg o'r amrediad amrywiol o gyfleoedd sydd ar gael o ran busnes a gyrfaoedd i fenywod yn yr 21ain Ganrif, ac yn cynnig platfform i fenywod ar gyfer rhannu profiadau, gwybodaeth ac arfer gorau, yn arbennig y rhai hynny sy'n gweithio ym myd gwyddoniaeth a thechnoleg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thema digwyddiad eleni yw Ar Gyfer y Merched<\/em><\/strong>. Bydd y digwyddiad yn arddangos y gefnogaeth sydd ar gael i ferched ifanc sy'n gobeithio gweithio yn y sectorau STEM a'r gwaith anhygoel sy'n cael ei wneud i annog y genhedlaeth nesaf o wyddonwyr, gan ganolbwyntio ar ein rhaglen GiST<\/a> (Merched mewn Gwyddoniaeth a Thechnoleg). Bydd y siaradwyr yn arddangos y gwaith sy'n cael ei wneud gan fusnesau, elusennau a phrosiectau ledled y wlad i annog merched i astudio a gweithio mewn diwydiannau STEM. Croeso i bob menyw a chyngheiriad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bydd siaradwyr yn cynnwys Jeremy Miles AS, Comisynydd newydd y Plant, Kev Johns MBE, y Swyddfa Eiddo Deallusol, Coleg Penybont, Prince's Trust, EESW a STEM Gogledd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mae'r digwyddiad mawreddog yn gweld gwleidyddion, enwogion a Phrif Weithredwyr rhyngwladol yn bresennol, ac yn y blynyddoedd blaenorol, rydym wedi cael y llawenydd o groesawu cyn-Weinidog Addysg Llywodraeth Cymru, Kirsty Williams, Cadeirydd y Sefydliad Codio Jacqueline de Rojas CBE, Is-Ganghellor Prifysgol Abertawe Paul Boyle, a Gweinidog Cyllid a Llywodraeth Leol Llywodraeth Cymru, Rebecca Evans MS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
