Cydnabyddir yn eang bod merched yn cael eu tangynrychioli mewn diwydiannau STEM, a nod Technocamps yw unioni'r cydbwysedd. Rydym yn cynnig clybiau a seminarau i ferched yn unig trwy ein rhaglen GiST Cymru<\/a> . Cyflwynir pob gweithdy gan beirianwyr a gwyddonwyr benywaidd sy'n arddangos y cyfleoedd sy'n agored i Fenywod mewn STEM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mae ein rhaglen WiST <\/a> (Menywod mewn Gwyddoniaeth a Thechnoleg) yn rhwydwaith o fenywod sy'n gweithio mewn diwydiannau STEM, sy'n gweithredu fel modelau r\u00f4l ar gyfer y genhedlaeth nesaf o wyddonwyr a pheirianwyr. Rydyn ni'n annog ein modelau r\u00f4l i gymryd rhan yn y prosiect ac rydyn ni'n cynnig cyfleoedd i unigolion, cwmn\u00efau a sefydliadau eraill ymgysylltu \u00e2 phobl ifanc trwy gefnogi'r gwaith rydyn ni'n ei wneud mewn ysgolion. Yn y modd hwn, rydym yn gobeithio cyrraedd merched nad ydynt wedi ystyried STEM fel opsiwn, a'u hannog tuag at yrfaoedd mewn STEM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rydym yn cydweithio \u00e2 nifer o bartneriaid allanol i sicrhau bod cynllun GiST Cymru yn darparu amrywiaeth o ran cynnwys ac yn cynnig cyfle i gyfranogwyr brofi ac archwilio pynciau STEM mewn ffordd hwyliog a gafaelgar. Mae'r partneriaid hyn yn cynnwys: Chwarae Teg<\/a>, British Gas<\/a>, British Airways<\/a>, Amgueddfa Cymru<\/a>, Science Made Simple<\/a>, ESTnet<\/a>, GIG Cymru<\/a>, a'r NDEC<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aelod allweddol o'n rhwydwaith o fodelau r\u00f4l yw Prif Swyddog Gweithredol Magnox Ltd a Llywydd y Sefydliad Niwclear, Gwen Parry-Jones OBE. Siaradodd Gwen yn ein dathliad Diwrnod Rhyngwladol y Menywod 2021, lle bu\u2019n trafod yr heriau y mae hi wedi\u2019u hwynebu fel unig gyfarwyddwr gorsaf adweithydd niwclear masnachol fenywaidd yn y DU. Yn aml mae hi wedi cael ei chamgymryd am weithiwr ffreutur neu weinyddwr tra mewn rolau peirianneg uwch ac wedi teimlo nad oedd cynrychiolaeth ddigonol mewn cyfarfodydd bwrdd. O ganlyniad, mae Gwen yn frwdfrydig am gydraddoldeb rhywiol a chynrychiolaeth gyfartal mewn Gwyddoniaeth a Thechnoleg yn y cyfryngau a'r gymdeithas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mae Wendy yn nyrs yn \u00f4l ei chefndir, yn Gymrawd i\u2019r BCS ac yn Ymarferydd Arweiniol Ffederasiwn Gweithwyr Gwybodeg Proffesiynol. Mae ganddi MSc mewn Newid ac Arloesi, a dyfarnwyd Athrawiaeth Anrhydeddus iddi o Brifysgol Cymru y Drindod Saint David.
