Rydyn ni wedi ymgysylltu \u00e2 dros 65,000 o ddisgyblion ledled Cymru i wella'r bylchau gwybodaeth mewn addysg ddigidol.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ers mwy nag 20 mlynedd, nid yw diddordeb mewn cyfrifiadura a sgiliau digidol, gwybodaeth amdanynt na'r gallu i'w defnyddio wedi cynyddu'n ddigonol i ymateb i dwf trawsnewidiol y gymdeithas a'r economi ddigidol. O ganlyniad i hynny, mae bylchau gwybodaeth sylweddol ym maes addysg ddigidol, a diffyg sy'n cynyddu o hyd o ran recriwtio pobl i'r gweithlu digidol, yn enwedig ymhlith menywod.

Yma yn Technocamps, rydym am fynd i'r afael \u00e2'r problemau hyn. Ar \u00f4l cael ein sylfaenu yn 2003 ym Mhrifysgol Abertawe, aethom ati wedyn i sefydlu canolfan Technocamps yn Adran Gyfrifiadureg pob prifysgol yng Nghymru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yn Technocamps, rydym yn ymchwilio i newidiadau i gwricwla cenedlaethol, cymwysterau, prosesau cyflwyno a datblygiad proffesiynol, yn hyrwyddo'r rhain ac yn eu rhoi ar waith er mwyn meithrin cyfrwng cynaliadwy ar gyfer magu sgiliau digidol yng Nghymru. Ar y cyd \u00e2'n rhaglen hyfforddi athrawon,\u00a0Technoteach<\/a>, ein gweithrediad ymgysylltu \u00e2 busnesau,\u00a0y Sefydliad Codio yng Nghymru<\/a>, a'n cangen ymchwil\u00a0EHP<\/a>, rydym yn ymgysylltu \u00e2'r canlynol:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- pob ysgol yn y wlad i gefnogi athrawon a myfyrwyr cyfrifiadura
- busnesau o bob disgrifiad sydd am fynd i'r afael \u00e2 bylchau yn eu sgiliau digidol
- holl brifysgolion y genedl, ynghyd ag academyddion sy'n gweithio ar y broblem yn rhyngwladol<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mae ein holl weithdai a chyfleoedd hyfforddiant am ddim i'r ysgolion, y cwmn\u00efau a'r buddiolwyr, diolch i gefnogaeth ariannol sylweddol gan yr UE, Llywodraeth Cymru a grantiau\u2019r cynghorau ymchwil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ers 2011, rydym wedi ymgysylltu \u00e2 mwy na 60,000 o fyfyrwyr yng Nghymru \u2013 8% o boblogaeth Cymru heddiw rhwng 5 a 24 oed gyda chydbwysedd rhwng y rhywiau sydd bron yn gyfartal. Rydym yn creu diddordeb yn y pwnc, yn enwedig ymhlith merched ifanc i ddarparu ar gyfer cymuned sydd heb gynrychiolaeth ddigonol o bell ffordd yn y gweithlu digidol. Yn benodol, gwnaethom gyflwyno mwy na 10 awr o weithdai yn y rhan fwyaf o ysgolion uwchradd y wlad er mwyn eu helpu i wreiddio Fframwaith Cymhwysedd Digidol newydd, menter statudol a gynigiwyd gyntaf mewn Adolygiad Cenedlaethol y gwnaethom arwain y broses o'i lunio ar gyfer Llywodraeth Cymru yn 2013.\u00a0

Rydym wedi cyflwyno rhaglen hyfforddiant achrededig blwyddyn o hyd, Technoteach, i fwy na 100 o athrawon ledled Cymru heb gefndir TGCh\/cyfrifiadura ffurfiol y mae angen iddynt addysgu'r pynciau hyn o ganlyniad i brinder athrawon cymwys (gan nad oes cefndir TGCh\/cyfrifiadura gan 75% o'r bobl sy'n addysgu TGCh\/cyfrifiadura yng Nghymru).
