Yn galw ar y chweched dosbarth a cholegau! Mae Prifysgol Abertawe<\/a> yn gwahodd myfyrwyr i gymryd rhan mewn Jam Copr i greu gemau eu hunain i ddylunio Gwaith Copr Hafod Morfa.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mae Prifysgol Abertawe'n trefnu Jam Copr yn 2021 i rannu'r modelau 3 dimensiwn rydym\nwedi'u creu o safle Gwaith Copr yr Hafod Morfa. Bydd y modelau hyn ar gael i ysgolion\nsy'n cymryd rhan ar ffurf ffeiliau Unity 3D Asset. Bydd croeso i fyfyrwyr greu eu g\u00eam eu\nhunain gan ddefnyddio'r modelau a'r asedau digidol (ffotograffau, mapiau, hanesion llafar).\nRhaid cwblhau hwn o fewn amserlen y Jam a chaiff yr holl geisiadau eu beirniadu. Caiff y\nt\u00eem buddugoliaethus ei wahodd i Brifysgol Abertawe (gan ddibynnu ar gyfyngiadau\ncymdeithasol) a bydd yn derbyn tystysgrif ac yn cael cyfle i ymweld \u00e2'n Labordy\nRhithrealiti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pwy sy'n gymwys?
<\/strong>Mae'r cyfle hwn ar agor i'r holl golegau AB a Chweched Dosbarth yng Nghymru, gan\ngynnwys myfyrwyr unigol. Gall ddigwydd yn ystod amser addysgu os bydd eu darlithwyr\nneu eu hathrawon yn cofrestru. Gall pobl gofrestru fel timau neu unigolion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pryd y cynhelir hyn?
<\/strong>Cynhelir y Jam Copr drwy gydol mis Hydref a mis Chwefror. Y dyddiad cau i gyflwyno cais\nfydd dydd Llun 28 Chwefror 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gwybodaeth Gefndirol
<\/strong>Mae'r Jam wedi'i drefnu gan staff o'r adrannau Hanes, Treftadaeth a\u2019r Clasuron a\nChyfrifiadureg. Dros y 3 blynedd diwethaf, rydym wedi comisiynu cyfres o fodelau 3D o\nsafle Gwaith Copr yr Hafod Morfa fel rhan o'r gwaith parhaus i'w adfywio. Mae'r adeiladau\nsy'n weddill yn cynrychioli mymryn yn unig o ddiwydiant enfawr a adeiladwyd yng Nghwm\nTawe isaf yn y 19eg ganrif. Ar ei anterth, cynhyrchodd Abertawe'r rhan fwyaf o gopr y\nbyd, gan fewnforio mwyn copr o ledled y byd: De Affrica, Ciwba, Chile a hyd yn oed\nAwstralia. Allforwyd cynnyrch copr hefyd ledled y byd. Dechreuodd y gwaith gau wrth i'r\ngalw am gopr leihau ac yn y pendraw stopiodd y gwaith yn gyfan gwbl ym 1981. Cyngor\nAbertawe sy'n berchen ar y safle nawr ac mae gwaith i adfer yr adeiladau sy'n weddill yn\nparhau. Swansea Council<\/a> and restoration work on the remaining buildings is ongoing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Crynodeb am y Jam Copr i fyfyrwyr
<\/strong>Gan ddefnyddio'r modelau 3D a ddarparwyd, cr\u00ebwch eich g\u00eam wreiddiol eich hun. Er nad\noes angen i chi greu byd hanesyddol, hoffem i chi ystyried y them\u00e2u canlynol:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Gorffennol, Presennol a'r Dyfodol
<\/strong>Cyn y Chwyldro Diwydiannol, byddai'r safle wedi cynnwys caeau gwyrdd, gyda thai bach i\nffermwyr a'u hanifeiliaid.Yn ystod anterth y cyfnod diwydiannol, bu mwg yn llifo'n donnau\ni'r wybren o 171 o simneiau ar hyd afon Tawe yng Nghwm Tawe isaf. Nawr, dim ond 2\nsimnai sy\u2019n weddill ac mae ychydig o\u2019r adeiladau\u2019n cael eu hadfer. Mae datblygiadau\npellach i'r safle yn yr arfaeth gan gynnwys tai a mentrau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Cymru Ddiwydiannol
<\/strong>Roedd Cymru'n un o'r gwledydd cyntaf yn y byd i arwain y Chwyldro Diwydiannol. Er bod\ncotwm a chynnyrch tecstilau'n ysgogi'r cyfnod diwydiannol yn Lloegr, yng Nghymru, roedd\ny stori am lo yn hytrach na'r ffatr\u00efoedd, ac roedd llawer o lo yng Nghymru. Roedd glo yn\nffynhonnell p\u0175er arloesol a oedd yn galluogi cynnydd enfawr wrth brosesu deunyddiau\ncrai. Yn y Gwaith Copr, defnyddiwyd y glo i bweru ffyrnau enfawr o'r enw ffwrneisiau i\nwneud copr.Roedd gan Abertawe borthladd prysur eisoes, a oedd wedi'i gysylltu ledled y\nbyd. Gwaeth y dociau, y camlesi a'r rheilffyrdd hi'n hawdd iawn i gludo glo a chopr ar hyd\nafon Tawe<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Cymru wedi'r oes ddiwydiannol
<\/strong>Pan na fydd safle diwydiannol yn cael ei ddefnyddio at ddibenion diwydiannol mwyach,\ngall ddirywio yn aml a chael ei adael yn segur. Mae hyn yn wir am safle\u2019r Gwaith Copr.
