Rydyn ni'n gweithio gyda'n partner, Theatr na n\u00d3g<\/a>, i addysgu pobl ifanc yng Nghymru am y rhesymau y mae pobl yn ymfudo o gwmpas y byd. Bydd y sioe, The Arandora Star<\/em>, sy'n adrodd hanes y cymunedau Eidalaidd a oedd yn byw yng Nghymru yn ystod yr Ail Ryfel Byd, yn ymddangos fel cynhyrchiad theatr byw yn Theatr Dylan Thomas<\/a> yn Abertawe yng Ngwanwyn 2022.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Theatr na n\u00d3g returns to the Dylan Thomas Centre, Swansea, this Spring with sell-out performances to over 3,000 school children to tell the  moving story of The Arandora Star. A play that celebrates the influential role of the Italian communities of south Wales. Arandora Star<\/em> yn adrodd hanes yr Eidalwyr Cymreig a gafodd eu symud o'u cartrefi yn ystod yr Ail Ryfel Byd ac am eu teuluoedd a adawyd ar \u00f4l. Pan fydd un o'r llongau sy'n cynnwys yr Eidalwyr Cymreig hyn yn cael ei dorpido, mae Lina ifanc a'i mam yn cael eu gorfodi i greu bywyd newydd yng Nghymru heb dad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mae\u2019r sioe wedi ei hanelu at ddisgyblion Blwyddyn 5 a h\u0177n a bydd ysgolion yn cael y cyfle i ddilyn y perfformiad gyda gweithdy Technocamps. Bydd y gweithdy yn galluogi disgyblion i raglennu g\u00eam sy\u2019n dangos cymeriadau yn symud o gwmpas y byd. Y nod yw dangos i\u2019r disgyblion y rhesymau dros fudo \u2013 boed yn gadarnhaol neu\u2019n negyddol \u2013 a\u2019r effeithiau y gall hyn ei gael arnyn nhw a\u2019r bobl o\u2019u cwmpas, i gyd wrth ennyn diddordeb disgyblion mewn cyfrifiadureg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Technocamps Assistant Director Stewart Powell said: “We are so excited to be working with Theatr na n\u00d3g again this year. Partnerships like this one allow us to inspire more young people across Wales, and engage them in important topics like resettlement and the issues facing other communities across the world and how it affects them in Wales.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
