Mae Cyfres 2 ar gael nawr!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bob wythnos, mae pobl ysbrydoledig mewn gyrfaoedd STEM yn trafod beth mae eu swydd yn ei olygu, eu llwybr gyrfa a'r dechnoleg newydd gyffrous yn eu maes. Laura Roberts, un o'n Cydlynwyr Rhanbarthol, sy\u2019n cynnal y podlediad, gan gyfweld \u00e2 gwesteion o bob rhan o Gymru a thu hwnt am eu rolau mewn STEM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Mae\u2019r podlediad yn dilyn llwyddiant rhaglen GiST Technocamps, sef cyfres o weminarau lle mae menywod mewn STEM yn dangos eu swyddfeydd i blant ysgol ac yn trafod eu swyddi cyn ateb cwestiynau gan fynychwyr. Gyda dros 220 yn bresennol ers ei lansio ym mis Medi, mae'r rhaglen wedi ennill dilyniant mawr. Nod y podlediad yw dod \u00e2'r un cyngor i gynulleidfaoedd mewn modd mwy hygyrch fel y gallant wrando yn eu hamser eu hunain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae penodau'n cael eu rhyddhau bob wythnos ac mae pob pennod tua hanner awr o hyd.
