Mae menywod yn wynebu nifer o rwystrau mewnol ac allanol yn y gweithle, ond sut ydyn ni'n mynd i'r afael \u00e2'r rhain?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yn y drafodaeth amser cinio ar 18fed Tachwedd<\/strong>, byddwn yn croesawu\u00a0Lesley<\/strong> Williams<\/strong>, Cyfarwyddwr Allgymorth Cymunedol yn Welsh Ice<\/a>, a fydd yn trafod y rhwystrau i fenywod mewn busnes. Bydd y sgwrs yn cynnwys gwahaniaethau rhyw mewn rhwydweithio a hyder ac yn archwilio o ble y daw'r rhwystrau. Mae yna hefyd ymchwil sylweddol ar ddewisiadau sector ar gyfer gyrfaoedd ymhlith gwrywod a benywod, yn enwedig mewn STEM, felly bydd Lesley yn trafod ble mae'r rhain yn cychwyn a sut ddylem (neu a ddylem!) geisio newid hynny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yn flaenorol yn rheolwr digwyddiadau a datblygu busnes, bu Lesley yn rhedeg ei busnes ei hun yn rhyngwladol yn allforio tedi b\u00ears wedi\u2019u gwneud \u00e2 llaw yn y farchnad deuluol foethus, ac roedd yn Fodel R\u00f4l Syniadau Mawr Cymru, yn ogystal \u00e2 bod yn aelod o fwrdd yr Hwb Menter Merched.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ymunodd Lesley \u00e2 th\u00eem ICE Cymru yn 2019 fel eu Rheolwr Allgymorth Cymunedol, ac ers hynny mae wedi defnyddio ei gwybodaeth busnes i gynnig cymorth i fwy na 700 o ddarpar entrepreneuriaid i ddechrau a thyfu busnesau, gyda\u2019r weledigaeth o ddatblygu cymunedau entrepreneuraidd mewn ardaloedd difreintiedig, tra ffrydiau refeniw ICE Cymru yn cynyddu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mae hi bellach yn aelod o fwrdd ICE Cymru, a thrwy ei gwaith, mae hi hefyd wedi cael ei chydnabod am ei chyfraniad eithriadol i gydraddoldeb \u2013 yn cael ei chydnabod yn arbennig am gymryd agwedd ragweithiol at gau\u2019r bwlch rhwng y rhywiau mewn entrepreneuriaeth yng Nghymru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
