Yma, mae'n dweud mwy wrthym am ei phrofiad gyda Technocamps fel aelod o staff a myfyriwr.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dywedwch ychydig amdanoch hunain.<\/strong><br>Fi yw Julie Walters. Dw i\u2019n dweud wrth bawb mai fi ydy\u2019r \u201cun go iawn\u201d a\u2019r llall yn dwyll! Yn Technocamps, rhaglen a ddatblygwyd gan Brifysgol Abertawe, cefais y fraint o reoli rhaglen allgymorth wych sydd \u00e2\u2019r nod o uwchsgilio Cymru mewn llythrennedd digidol, yn enwedig ym maes cyfrifiaduron a rhaglennu. Wrth i\u2019r prosiect mawr gyda chyllid yr UE ddod at ei derfyn, symudais draw i\u2019r adran TG ym Mhrifysgol Abertawe, ac ar hyn o bryd rwy\u2019n gweithio ar bob math o brosiectau digidol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Beth oedd eich r\u00f4l cyn y cwrs sgiliau a sut fydd hyn yn newid eich r\u00f4l nawr?<\/strong><br>Penderfynais yn ddiweddar y byddai'n ddefnyddiol datblygu fy nealltwriaeth o reoli prosiectau meddalwedd a dechreuais ar un o'r <a href=\"https:\/\/www.technocamps.com\/cy\/ioc-bootcamps\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">cyrsiau sgiliau<\/a> gan Technocamps. Cyn ymgymryd \u00e2'r her, roeddwn yn gweithio ym maes Rheoli Prosiectau ac yn helpu'r Brifysgol i symud o'i hen system ff\u00f4n i system ddigidol newydd a rhithwir gan ddefnyddio Zoom. Trosglwyddwyd systemau\u2019r Brifysgol ym mis Ionawr 2022, a defnyddiwyd y system ff\u00f4n newydd ar gyfer clirio gyda llwyddiant aruthrol eleni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Roedd hwn yn gais sylfaenol ond roedd gwneud yn si\u0175r ei fod yn cael ei lansio ar amser ac o fewn y gyllideb yn her enfawr. Roedd cwrs Technocamps yn atgoffa ac yn adnewyddu llawer o\u2019r offer roeddwn i wedi\u2019u dysgu yn ystod Prince 2 a fy nghyfnod fel Uwch Reolwr Prosiect i Technocamps. Dysgais offer newydd hefyd, gan gynnwys maint crys-T. Mae'r dechneg hon yn helpu i benderfynu ar eich blaenoriaethau ar brosiect trwy gategoreiddio i feintiau dillad, sy'n ffordd hwyliog o feddwl am eich blaenoriaethau!<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pa ran(nau) o'r cwrs oedd fwyaf heriol i chi a pham?<\/strong><br>Rhan fwyaf heriol y cwrs oedd rheoli amser personol. Gydag amserlen lawn a phrysur yn barod, mae\u2019n aml yn anodd gwneud amser i ddysgu a datblygu eich sgiliau\u2026 ond mae\u2019n bwysig. Mae dysgu\u2019r holl fethodolegau gwahanol e.e. ystwythder, rhaeadr, Model V, wedi bod yn ddefnyddiol i groesawu'r arfer gorau ac i ddod o hyd i'r dull cywir wrth ymgymryd \u00e2 phrosiect meddalwedd.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pa ran(nau) o'r cwrs oedd fwyaf ddiddorol i chi a pham?<\/strong><br>Mwynheais yn fawr yr amrywiaeth o arddulliau dysgu. Cwisiau, trafodaethau gr\u0175p, fideos, sleidiau, Padlet. Mae'n eich cadw i ymgysylltu \u00e2'r cynnwys pan ddefnyddir gwahanol ddulliau. Fe wnes i hyd yn oed fwynhau'r aseiniad gan ei fod yn herio'r hyn roeddwn i'n ei wybod ac wedi gwneud i mi atgyfnerthu'r dysgu. Trwy hyn, fe wnes i wir fynd i'r afael \u00e2 dadansoddiad llwybr critigol unwaith ac am byth!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sut wnaethoch chi ddechrau ymwneud \u00e2 chyfrifiaduron a beth wnaeth eich ysbrydoli i ddilyn y llwybrau rydych chi wedi'u cymryd?&nbsp;<\/strong><br>Rydw i wastad wedi cael diddordeb brwd mewn TG. Yn yr 1980au, pan nad oedd cyfrifiaduron yn eitem arferol yn y cartref, cymerais radd mewn Astudiaethau Busnes gyda Gwybodeg. Roedd yn rhaid i ni raglennu yn Basic a Pascale. Nawr mae pethau wedi symud ymlaen yn sylweddol, er bod dealltwriaeth o raglennu, a rhywfaint o uwchsgilio pellach a wnes i i raglennu yn Python, i gyd yn ei gwneud hi'n haws cyfathrebu o fewn yr adran rydw i'n gweithio ynddi, ac i werthfawrogi'r dechnoleg arloesol y mae'n rhaid i ni i gyd ymgysylltu \u00e2 hi. Rydw i wedi cael fy ysbrydoli gan lawer o bobl wirioneddol anhygoel, ond mae llawer o fenywod wedi fy ysbrydoli'n arbennig i ymestyn ymhellach ac i beidio \u00e2 rhoi'r gorau i ddysgu. Rydw i wedi cael y fraint o weithio gyda llawer o fenywod mewn swyddi arwain, e.e. Helen Thomas, Prif Swyddog Gweithredol Iechyd a Gofal Digidol Cymru; Louise O\u2019Shea o confused.com a Gwen Parry-Jones, Prif Swyddog Gweithredol Magnox. Rydw i wedi gweithio gyda\u2019r t\u00eem yn Technocamps, yn enwedig Catherine, Teri, Laura, Casey, Megan, Rasa, Alison, Jo a llawer o bobl eraill sy\u2019n llunio\u2019r ffordd yr ydym yn meddwl am dechnoleg ac arweinyddiaeth bob dydd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ble ydych chi'n gweld eich gyrfa yn y dyfodol a sut ydych chi'n meddwl y byddwch chi'n defnyddio'r sgiliau a'r wybodaeth rydych chi wedi'u hennill?<\/strong><br>Mae wedi cymryd amser, ond yn ddiweddar, rydw i wedi dod o hyd i fy nghilfach mewn rheoli prosiectau. Rwy\u2019n hoffi bod yn rhan o\u2019r broses gyfan o\u2019r dechrau i\u2019r diwedd, gan gwmpasu, ymgysylltu \u00e2 rhanddeiliaid a gweld y cynnyrch terfynol. Felly rwy'n gweld fy hun yn tyfu yn y maes hwn ac yn ennill mwy o ddealltwriaeth o'r ffyrdd gorau o reoli'r prosiectau rwy'n ymgysylltu \u00e2 nhw.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ers dilyn y cwrs hwn, a gradd Meistr flaenorol mewn TGCh Strategol ac Arweinyddiaeth gan Brifysgol Napier Caeredin, rydw i wedi gallu symud ymlaen yn fy ngyrfa. Mae wedi rhoi'r hyder i mi wneud cais am rolau rwy'n gwybod bod gen i'r sgiliau ar eu cyfer. Mae Llywodraeth Cymru wedi noddi\u2019r ddau gwrs hyn i hybu sgiliau digidol, ac rwy\u2019n ddiolchgar am y buddsoddiad yn y sector ac am annog menywod i ymgysylltu \u00e2 gyrfaoedd digidol. Dechreuais ddatblygu'r sgiliau hyn yn gymharol hwyr yn fy ngyrfa, gan brofi nad yw byth yn rhy hwyr i ddysgu, ac mae'n wirioneddol bwysig cymhwyso'r hyn rydych chi'n ei ddysgu. Yn ogystal, y mis hwn, rydw i wedi cael dyrchafiad yn Rheolwr Rhaglen Ddigidol, gan ddangos ei bod bob amser yn werth buddsoddi amser ynoch chi'ch hun a dod o hyd i'r amser i ennill y sgiliau a gloywi eich cymhwysedd digidol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cOs oes un sgil y mae angen i chi ei wella, byddwn yn dweud dewch o hyd i'r cwrs ac ewch amdani.
