Mae ein digwyddiadau WiST wedi'u hanelu at fenywod yn y sector technoleg (neu sydd \u00e2 diddordeb brwd yn y diwydiant) i ddysgu gan fenywod ysbrydoledig eraill a rhwydweithio \u00e2 phobl o'r un anian. Mae pob digwyddiad yn hollol rhad ac am ddim diolch i gefnogaeth ariannol gan Gronfa Gymdeithasol Ewropeaidd Llywodraeth Cymru.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mae merched yn cael eu tangynrychioli mewn diwydiannau STEM, a'n nod yw unioni'r cydbwysedd. Rydym yn cynnig clybiau a seminarau, i ferched yn unig, trwy ein rhaglen GiST Cymru. Trwy hyn, rydym yn gobeithio cyrraedd merched nad ydynt wedi ystyried STEM fel opsiwn o'r blaen, a'u hannog tuag at yrfaoedd mewn STEM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yn y weminar anffurfiol hon, bydd Elizabeth Marshall, Arbenigwr Pwnc STEM ar gyfer Adain Gymreig Rhif 3 Cadetiaid Awyr yr Awyrlu Brenhinol, yn trafod sut i gael pobl ifanc (yn enwedig merched) i fod yn frwd dros Wyddoniaeth, Technoleg, Peirianneg a Mathemateg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fel rhywun nad yw\u2019n wyddonydd heb unrhyw gymwysterau addysgu a heb gefndir milwrol, mae Elizabeth wedi dod i mewn i sefydliad sydd heb unrhyw hanes gwerthfawr o gydweithio \u00e2 phobl ifanc mewn pynciau STEM. Mae hi'n frwdfrydig am ennyn diddordeb pobl ifanc mewn STEM ac mae eisiau rhannu ei harbenigedd yn y maes hwn.
