Most of us access the internet on a daily basis, but how are these websites built? The demand for web development skills is high, so knowing how to build a site using HTML and CSS are really important skills to have.

These workshops will guide participants through designing and developing their own websites, understanding the underlying process involved in getting a website online and having an overall familiarity with the importance of protecting your personal information online and your digital footprint.

Build your own internet

The bootcamp covers a variety of basic concepts, ranging from entrepreneurial business skills to building a confidence with hardware and building a network. The groups will also have an opportunity towards the end of the bootcamp to evaluate each of the other group’s websites considering the target audience, layout, content and even professionalism.
