Vic Grout

Vic has degrees in mathematics and engineering, and has worked as a computer scientist and Internet specialist. He is currently Professor of Computing Futures at Wrexham Glyndŵr University and researches the effects of emerging technology in the wider social, political, ethical, environmental, economic, legal and demographic framework. After 400 research papers and four books, his debut sci-fi novel, ‘Conscious’, was published last year.

Teri Birch

Teri is a Delivery Officer for Technocamps based at Glyndwr University. She is responsible for developing and delivering a range of Technocamps workshops to schools within North East Wales. Teri worked as a Science Communicator at Techniquest Glyndwr for 4 years, and she enjoys developing and delivering fun activities for the Coding and Tech club that she runs once a month. She is currently in her final year studying for a degree in Computer Science. Teri has been running a Code Club at her local library for the past 2 years.

Will Clarke

Will is a Regional Coordinator for Technocamps based at Wrexham Glyndŵr University and is responsible for managing the delivery of workshops to schools in North East Wales. Will has worked in the Engineering and Education sectors and has been heavily involved in curriculum development and delivery of all things STEM throughout his career. He enjoys developing fun, innovative activities to engage learners with a variety of STEM topics and inspiring young people towards future-centric careers.
