A variety of virtual activities are now available. These provide students with a taster of subject content delivered as part of university programmes for computer science.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Resources are now available on<a href=\"https:\/\/hwb.gov.wales\/distance-learning\/resources\/post-16\/\"><strong>\u00a0Hwb<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The aim is to keep the Sixth form and Further Education students stimulated and motivated, facilitating a smoother transition between school\/college and university learning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Professor Faron Moller, Director of Technocamps and Professor of Computer Science at Swansea University said:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cIt is imperative that students in Years 12 and 13 are looking to the future and preparing for their next steps within their education. I am pleased that Technocamps is offering virtual activities which can provide a stepping-stone for students aiming to study computer science and STEM-based qualifications at university.
