This workshop is a primer to help prep students for the machine learning workshops.

This four-hour workshop provides participants with an introduction to computational problem solving using the programming language Python. Students will gain:

• An understanding of what computational thinking is.
• The ability to develop computational solutions to problems.
• An understanding of core programming concepts.
• Basic Python programming skills.

No previous programming experience will be assumed.
