Competitions
We run 2 types of annual competition at Technocamps, the Game of Codes and the Robotics Competitions.
The Game of Codes is a coding competition where the participants need to write a program around a specific theme. The competition enables interested pupils to develop their problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills while improving their knowledge of computer programming in a fun and inventive way.
In the Robotics competition, participants from primary and secondary schools work collaboratively in groups on their prototypes using Lego Spike kits before designing a poster and a video for their prototypes to be used as part of their pitch to the judges. The groups create display boards and pitch them to a panel of expert judges from Technocamps and the RAF. Following this, they complete a series of live challenges where they can change their robots and write code to earn the most points.
Keep an eye out for news on how to enter next year's competitions in our newsletter.
